It's early in the morning so I'm glad there open 24 hours and it's nice there's a McDonald's right inside the entrance to get coffee while I shop. It is by far the worse walmart I've ever been too. Lines and lines of people in the self serve areas. It doesn't work. Hot bed for COVID BIG TIME. Bring back the maned cash registers and keep self serve like other walmarts for people who actually want to use it as a choice. Don't force customers to do your jobs for you. Hands down THE WORST WALMART I have ever been to. Everyone knows stocking is done in the middle of the night so you expect a little bit of chaos. However, chaos exists in the store all day long. Every aisle has boxes and every aisle is crowded with people (95% of which speak no English and just stare at you as you attempt to get around them while they hover in the center of the isle). Checking out is nearly impossible, you might have better luck walking through minefield. Of the 30 something checkout stands they have only two have been in operation every time I have been there. my first visit here checkout at the self check out took nearly 30 minutes to get through. My second visit going through an actual checkstand with a cashier took 45 minutes because of the amount of people waiting in line. The self checkout stands on either side of the store are not always open, sometimes the left side is open sometimes the right side is open. If you think that's gonna be a better option good luck because everybody else thinks it's a better option too. If you only speak English good luck trying to get any help here. We purchased a Bluetooth speaker that had a security tag on it and when we went through check out the woman was not able to even verbally communicate with us because all she spoke was Spanish. She pointed at customer service and then the security tag as if to tell us that's where you need to go. So my husband paid for the item and went all the way back to the electronic section where he was told to get in line, while I waited in line at Customer service. All I'm saying is while yes, you shouldn't get your hopes up at Walmart....something has to be done because this Walmart is the bottom of the barrel. read more

Bought a car battery. Took about 2 hours. Left with the airbag light on and it was not on when we got there. The mechanic said it to take it to auto zone to get it turned off by computer. Called the toyota dealership and they said to get it turned off the dash needs to be pulled off and will cost about $400.00. he said they may have hit a bump and that times will turn that light on. The cashier was rude as heck I kept putting my target card in. It kept asking for my PIN, which it does not have. After her snapping "enter your PIN NOW" I just gave her another card and left before I lost it. Used my target card at dollar general, safeway & stage and had no problem. I only came here because I am not exacty rolling in money just because I am white. And Christmas does tend to cost money. read more

This Walmart is unreal. We like to camp at Patagonia lake nearby and therefor this location should be convenient. Today we needed to purchase a small tv for the camper and when we arrived the tv that was $89 online was listed for $122. We figured no problem they will price match their website, but to our surprise they won't actually price match their own site! That's crazy! What other store does that? I asked multiple employees including their customer service just to be told the same thing. I had to ask if we could do in store pickup and just buy the same tv online, but even more surprising they told me I can do that, but they won't have the tv in front of me ready to go until later in the day. The craziest thing I was told is that their website was hacked and they don't price match it because all of the prices are fake. WHAT THE F@CK!!! I can't believe that a major brand would work in this manner. Moral of the story is don't trust their prices. They could give next to no f's about you as a customer, and go somewhere else. read more

The employees are very kind and the store is very well stocked and good prices. Another review said they only speak Spanish but I assure you they speak English maybe not all but a lot of them do and since it's close to the border it's good to have people who speak many languages.It is admirable that they speak both languages and I feel welcomed every time. I speak both languages as well and if they understood them they would know they treat you like family. read more

This is a 24 hour Walmart. If you want to avoid crowds, wait until 9 pm to go in. They have a great selection like your average Walmart Supercenter, prices are good, there are plenty of self check out lanes, and the staff is courteous and friendly. read more

It's a Wal-Mart. That's why it gets a star. I like Wal-Marts....mostly at midnight to three in the morning. The last Wal-Mart I Yelp!ed could have gotten five stars if their staff were nicer. This one? Well....let's just say there's only one word that can be used to describe this particular Wal-Mart....at any given time of the day or night or wee-lil' hours in the morning or what-have-you.... Understaffed The people here aren't rude....at least, not purposefully, I believe. But because no matter what time of day it is....there's never enough people working. Whether this is attributed to lack of applicants looking for work (which I HIGHLY doubt) or not, is beyond me, but the bottom line is that the following scenario should NEVER happen......yet it is a typical encounter EVERY-time (and that's no exaggeration) I go in to this particular Wal-Mart: I went in to the infamous Wally-world for one thing. I had a plan, and I had a very specific reason to be there. With my daughter in tow, I was bound determined to get that one particular item (they didn't have it, but I didn't think they would either....I needed it, and was merely HOPING they did....). After verifying that my conquest was unavailable here, I traversed my way towards the exit through the gaggles of Weary-Weekend-Wally-Worlders, I had noticed my daughter had somehow come in to possession a movie and one of those miniature American Flags (4th of July?). So we detour back instead to a checkout line.....and it's really sad when you notice that a line of two ladies both with carts brimming over will clear their line faster than the twenty or so other people braving the "Express Lane." When our turn to pay the toll for line standing came, the cashier scanned the movie....then went to scan the flag.... CASHIER: "Sir.....this flag has no price tag...." ME: "No...you're right, it doesn't." CASHIER: "Do you remember how much it was?" ME: "?? uh...about a dollar? I mean...it's only a lil' flag...." CASHIER: "I'm going to need you to go get another flag....one WITH a price tag." ME: "....but.....I remember passing those flags.....none of them had a tag on them....." CASHIER: "Sir, you don't HAVE to get the flag, you know?" MY DAUGHTER: "Yes he does!" ME: "Um....well, I guess I do now, don't I?" CASHIER: "If you WANT a flag you're gonna have to get one WITH a price tag, OK?" ME: "........riiight. Just hold my movie here...I'll be right back...." So I go over to the lil' flag-o-rama they've got set up.......browse through ALL the damn flags.....notice there's not ONE that has the price. I looked up, down......through and beyond....I even asked a sales clerk! (which guys just DO NOT do) how much it cost...... Even he could not find a price..... After searching a good five-ten minutes, I was sure that the cashier had already canceled my scan and had moved on...... So I told my daughter that we had to go..... now I HAVE to go see Kung-Fu Panda with her since I forgot her flag..... read more

I like this Walmart out of all of them I've been to traveling the us and Europe this one is very nice I moved here a year ago and I find the people for the most part to be very friendly open and even though my lack of speaking Spanish and them speaking English we understand one another and try to help as best they can though it's busy busy from the the people coming from Mexico to shop for better deals and like with any other Walmart you learn the times to go and the times to avoid the high traffic it is a very good well maintained store who service the area for all the retail needs read more

I have never had a problem with this store before. So I was surprised when I was treated so rudely by a woman named Gilda that was working in the section of womens underwear. I went to the fitting rooms to try something on and she said they were closed which I can understand. But her attitude was horrible. And when I tried to ask her something she turned and walked away as if I wasn't even there. I did not follow her to where she went but i called over to her and asked her if I could return the item if it didn't fit. Instead of coming over and helping she yelled and said I could if the tickets were not taken off. And when I asked her something else she got a nasty look on her face and just raised her arms in the air to say she didn't know or she just didn't care to answer me. How rude!!! She is paid to help people if she is out on the floor. She was very rude in the way she told another client that the fitting rooms were closed also a couple minutes after that. This is not the way to treat paying clients. If I were to do this at my job with a client I would be immediately written up. One bad experience will not make me not go to this store and more so considering it is the only walmart in town. But I will not think the next time to immediately report it to a manager on duty. There's no such thing as a quick trip to Walmart in this city. Even if you only come for one item, only take 5 minutes browsing, you're still going to have to wait minimum 30 minutes for check out. This store is always packed and at most you will only see 10 of the 30-some cash registers open. Oh yea, there's also no self check outs. The employees are rude, bitter, and tired so good luck getting any decent service here... It being one of the few grocery stores for miles it truly takes advantage and exploits it's customers. read more

I was in this store (only grocery department) last week. It was, by far, the best grocery department I have ever seen in a Walmart. Their food selection was, to me, better than Whole Foods here in Scottsdale. I was amazed at some of the speciality food that they stocked, much more than I would have expected in this border town. Look forward to my next trip. For those persons that did not like the Hispanic shoppers from Mexico, I say welcome to them and they should feel free to come to USA and spend the money.
