They did not have any motorized carts and the carts that were here we're not plugged in they all do not work

This store has so many store associates everywhere yet no one is ever around for assistance. Smh

So my wife took her car to get the tires rotated and balance . Also put a new tire on one of the rims . These dumb people really took off her caliper screws that hold it to the braking system and rotor and failed to put it back on this making the caliper slip off while DRIVING ! down I-20 ! These people need better service care about this . All the managers could say was they don't mess with the calipers at all . They never touch them . Obviously someone does cause even if the screws magically broke ! The cars caliper has four screws holding it together . All four were missing . On top of all that these dumb people let my wife leave without balancing the tires or putting weights on them ! But charged her . read more

I hate using self checkouts and it seems like that is your only option. They don't have a large selection of different brands anymore. No customer service what so ever. Most of them don't even speak English. If you can even find a worker your lucky. If you try to ask a worker anything most of them claim they don't speak English so they don't have to help you. Most all the workers are on their phones not working. Defiantly gone way down. Prices are never on things and usually in the wrong place and they will not give you the price it's under no matter if there is a whole stack there under that price. read more

I bought $60 worth of food including 6 LG grapefruit. I used a rewards card I received from electric company. The grapefruit was dry inside, clearly Ling over due stock. Try to return it and they tell me I did not buy it there. We go back and forth then I pull out receipt and wallah now they can find me! Awful service as usual. I've ordered from the delivery side around 50 times now. I've had issues about 40 times now. They will toss you from one rep and a store to a rep at the call center and back until you get tired of trying to get a issue fixed. Exactly what you would expect from your neighborhood Walmart in this day and time. They are denying they delivered my last order from their store even though it arrived about a hour after I placed it. They are saying it was fulfilled through marketplace. Worst store ever !! Took 2 hours for a pickup order. Rude. Wont ever answer the phone.

On October 1st we made the mistake of going to wm to get my husband a new TV and a few groceries. When we got back to electronics, we realize that the TV he won it was not on the floor. the kid working in electronics said that he could not get the TV by himself and his coworker would be back to help him in about 20 minutes. after about an hour we watch this kid get a car to take it to the back get the TV and bring it out. Well, we did not see was anyone helping him. During our wait my husband call customer service to find out if there was anyone else in the store that can help this kid. my husband was hung up on twice. I called and was hung up on. When I called back, I was on hold for over 15 minutes. after about 10 minutes I had walked up to customer service to ask if anyone can help this kid. and find out why we were hung up on. I never did get an answer. Just an apology. which is great, but that doesn't give me back the time I wasted in your store.. It doesn't fix the frozen foods that are melting in my cart. After we checked out the door, greeter checked our ticket on the way out the door.. Then we were told that we could not take the TV. After about five minutes, the woman changed her mind and we were allowed to leave with our TV. We were told that day that the store manager was on vacation I would not be back until the end of the week. when we got home my husband called home office. The person at home office promised us that the store manager would be calling us back within 24 to 48 hours. Today is October 27. We still have not received a call. Walmart has worn out The concept of convenience. nothing that happened in your store that day was convenient for us.. We are closer to market Street target and H-E-B . Ordered groceries for my mom. I received an email from Walmart saying they were delivered but my mom (91 yrs) says she did not receive them. Called this walmart and they said to contact Doordash. Contacted Doordash they said they could not do anything because I ordered through Walmart and I would have to contact Walmart. They refunded the delivery charge but still no groceries or refund for the groceries. read more

Don't ever do online pick up here. You will wait at least two hours. Every time there is a thunderstorm the whole cashier systems shut down. Employees are disgruntled and rude. Not only that the way they treat their elder employees is a disgrace. I will avoid this Walmart like the plague. Defiantly worth the drive to just go to the one in midland. read more

I sincerely dislike coming to this Walmart. It is extremely crowded 100% of the time. They share their parking lot with Sam's Club and a bunch of other restaurants. Driving in the parking lot is an absolute disaster. The store is no different. It doesn't matter if you come here at 1 p.m. or 1 a.m., it is just always packed. The customer service is sorely lacking. Most of the employees look like they would rather eat nails than stay another minute at work. Customer service is hit-or-miss. You can get someone who super nice, so you can get someone who acts like you are subhuman. I don't know if the store pickup at all Walmarts closes at 8 p.m., but for such a busy site and people who work all hours of the day and night you would think they would have a better option. I know for certain I have picked up an online order from a different Walmart location at a later time. I told the lady I was in desperate need of tires same day due to going to a funeral for my aunt across texas and cant drive that far with what I had. The dumb bitch behind the counter tells me that yes they have 1 tire in my size and gave me a price. I said ok I'll take it. She then proceeds to tell me it's a display and they dont sell displays but they can order it in and get it in a few days.. wtf why would you not sell the display one and just order you a new display in a couple of days. ‍ useless people. read more

Really aggravated with Walmart on Ben Shepard in Odessa. Lately their checkers have been making more mistakes than they used to make. More often than not I have been charged twice for the same item. We usually get our money back but it's very inconvenient to go back to the store as we live 7 miles away. These is an example of their latest errors. Two mistakes when I only bought nine items. This location is the worst Walmart I have ever been to. Maybe one person out of 30 speak and or understand English. I'm not in a place that requires I speak a foreign language therefore I don't appreciate feeling like I'm in the wrong for asking a question for where a something is located when it's not in the proper spot. This location is very dirty and products are scattered all over the aisles. I also find it ridiculous that after spending almost $300 on groceries the guy at the door allows four other people through the door and stops us because he wanted to check our receipt. This store is ALWAYS packed, and there is never an employee insight. For the most part, you're lucky to find what you need because everything is scattered around and there is always items laying around in the middle of the isles and walkways. The store is completely cluttered and random products are thrown in a bin and put in the middle of a walkway all over the store. My advice, Drive the extra mile down the road and go to target on HWY 191, you won't regret it. read more

One of the worst Walmart's I have been to. The management clearly does not care about the store because lines are wrapped around the corner. I tried to call and ask for them to have more assistance at the register and no one would answer the phone. I guess that explains why there are no employees at the register. I work in customer service so I do understand, but my main focus at my job is my customers which means if I have to get on the floor to assist my staff that is what I will do. I'm at the auto lube and tire section and saw one customer had to pay extra because she didn't have enough oil in her car beforehand. I have been waiting almost an hour and a half for my oil change. The lady who took my car information told me the wipers would be six a piece to replace. Now one young man told me it would be 13 per blade even though I looked in the book and found them cheaper!! Apparently the older man who charged the first lady more than quoted wanted me to pay more. I have never been so frustrated before. My blades are supposed to be cheap and they refused to honor the prices. I tried to pay for my oil change early and the cashier refused as well. This is ridiculous. Less than one star. Shop there almost weekly. Or did...Rounded up about $110.00 worth of school supplies and such. Went to check out and their stupid machine couldn't read my check. The same checks I present almost weekly. So "Customer Service" took me to another register - which didn't work either. So I could pay with another method or leave empty handed. I left. And left mad. Ugh.. What can you say? It's Walmart. I grocery shop there every week. The meat section however is not desirable in the least. But you cannot argue with the low prices. 24 hours of anything and everything you could ever want. Going late at night is a bit scary as the stockers seem to be very shady lol which I'm assuming why they work late at night. The recent renovation has me confused because it used to be items were in a general area where you think they should be but instead it's a maze of chaos where the bread isle is with the candy the bathroom towels are by the kitchen appliances? It's just to damn confusing. The renovation was great however the layout had made me rethink where I spend my $300 a week on groceries. Market street may have just gotten that unless they seriously change it up. read more
