So my wife took her car to get the tires rotated and balance . Also put a new tire on one of the rims . These dumb people really took off her caliper screws that hold it to the braking system and rotor and failed to put it back on this making the caliper slip off while DRIVING ! down I-20 ! These people need better service care about this . All the managers could say was they don't mess with the calipers at all . They never touch them . Obviously someone does cause even if the screws magically broke ! The cars caliper has four screws holding it together . All four were missing . On top of all that these dumb people let my wife leave without balancing the tires or putting weights on them ! But charged her .

Really not a great place to go. Most experienced here are regretful. Nobody helps you, you are just one in a thousand other faces. Prices are okay, but lines are always long. Most times I go here I feel so drained I want to go home and take a nap.

My nieces birthday cake by walmart. Bubbles and cracks. The top later of this cake had soupy icing. Management gave full refund.

I have only had a few issues. My sister ordered a cake from the baker and it was bad work. They seem always understaffed so it leads to messy isles, poor customer service and an uncomfortable experience. When in the past I had issues they were resolved by management in a professional manner.

Really aggravated with Walmart on Ben Shepard in Odessa. Lately their checkers have been making more mistakes than they used to make. More often than not I have been charged twice for the same item. We usually get our money back but it's very inconvenient to go back to the store as we live 7 miles away. These is an example of their latest errors. Two mistakes when I only bought nine items. Maybe we should quit loading our groceries and pay more attention to what they're doing.

The produce section is the worst. They always have trash in the bins with the food. Also half the veggies are starting to rot. I like to eat fresh food and this is not the place for that read more

This was the most frustrating trip I ever had to Walmart I understand that lines are long and they don't hire enough people so we can get through the lines but if it if it's registered does not work then somebody should call management I had to wait five minutes to get a hold of management on the phone while I'm standing in the register line to complain because nobody there at the register would call read more

I went there to exchang pants, I bought. The tag was attached and the price. At the service desk she said that the receipt didn't match the pants, I told her, "no, it's the correct receipt." She scanned again and in front of the customer with her loud voice she said that I changed the price on the pants. I got embarrassed and , then the manager came and scanned it again and the receipt matched. Not really to happy with this experience read more

This is totally the slowest Wal-Mart I've ever been to. Their service is routinely terrible and has been so for the past year and a half I've lived here. There are no self check outs. If you are going to shop there expect to wait at least 20 minutes to an hour to check out or do anything in customer service. read more

Me and my wife and 12 year old daughter were checking out in the self checkout when my wife handed me the back part of a 2 marker set to scan that had come apart so I scanned it and then she handed me the 2 markers and top plastic to place in the bag for weight recognition as we were leaving the store we were stopped by Walmart personnel and accused of stealing we showed them what the item was and then they apologized and that was it except for all the people coming and going who saw the whole ordeal. read more

Worst store in the State of Texas is Walmart on JBS Parkway in Odessa, TX. NEVER enough checkers, Horrible, Horrible, Horrible management. Why does it take Standing 10-15 people deep to be checked out? I've been in other Walmarts in TX and this does not happen. It doesn't even happen in Midland....just the glorious store in wonderful Odessa. Management needs to get a grip on this and maybe Walmart needs to get new management there altogether. I will go shop at Albertsons and gladly pay higher prices to never have to darken Walmarts doors ever again. I'm done with that store, it's management forever. I ordered bike tires about a month ago on line the were in stock and the order has been delayed ever since with no word on when they will be sent. You know if you take my money you need to give me my items!!!!!! When I call they act like they don't give a shit, way to do business Walmart !! I know where I will be spending money next time and it won't be Walmart!!!!!!!!!!! They not good for anything but groceries.
