Worst Walmart that I have been to. Never do they have stocked shelves, service staff, new product selection and cleanliness. No one will come to unlock makeup products, no help in the garden center, hunting center, or check out. They always have staff at the door to check your bags but never have staff to help you get what you need. The staff that shops for online shopping is plentiful and will run you over in the isles but will not help you find anything. You will always leave here without what you need! read more

So I ordered a tire from the app. I pushed "order again" and it glitched and ordered the wrong size. So then Carlos and Lina tried to load my refund on a gift card. They CLAIM that they were unable to do so and that they sent it back to my card. The bank never received that order. I waited the requisite 10 business days before I called 1800walmart to deal with it. That lady told me that they would try the refund through the system again. Ten days LATER I had to call again. $105 and some change was processed in store as store credit. So back to Walmart I go... 45 minute drive. Second trip to resolve it. That's about 20 dollars in gas. I'm told to call 1800walmart. They can't help. So I call again and am told "the money was refunded as store credit. I think back on that day and remember that two of those "empty" gift cards didn't go into the discard pile. They went into a clerk's pocket. So I go BACK to the store. Again 45 minute drive one way and $20 in gas. A manager comes to talk to me and pretends to review stuff and tells me "my clerks say it was refunded to your card". So back home I go. Third time dealing with 1800walmart and they tell me to call while I'm in store. So 45 minute drive one drive again and another $20 in gas. At this point I've spent so much on gas that I probably could have paid off the tire. It's STILL NOT RESOLVED. I'm still just out the money for a tire I never got installed. The way you correct what went wrong? One thing I would like for Walmart Pick Up groceries to do is pay attention to the expiration date on the products that they are getting for the customer I have received items that have two days left. It was milk actually and I was kinda unhappy about that, but it was corrected and the fruits are awful. I had to go to Kroger to get me some fruit so whoever are picking up fruits for Pick Up tell them to be mindful of the pay of the kind that they are sending some writing some thing in their freaks in them some really bruise so so be careful about expiration date and try to give you a customer the best produce because they're not there to pick it for themselves and you know I am one of those people and I was able to come to Walmart. I will stand over there 10 to 15 minutes in the produce just looking and looking at examine the product before I put it in my basket I'm afraid that sometimes I think that someone may be freaking and putting something inside of the food you know all these scenes come to my mind but I trust Walmart I haven't had any problem with that it just at the fruit and the produce needs to be upgraded. I don't mean in humble when I walk in Kroger everything is shine so pretty produce in Kroger in Walmart, it doesn't and I'm for Walmart. That's my store so come on y'all. Let's get this produce together. Let's make it shine and look pretty and be mindful of what you put out if it doesn't look good if it's right or the lettuce is all with don't put it out and please don't give it to your customer. read more

No checkout service. Most checkout isles are closed. Lines backup 20 and 30 people deep. Lots of self checkouts lanes but all closed. Interior counters like electronics and sports, no one is ever around when you need assistance. Grocery carts are old and warn out. Good luck finding one that rolls. Do NOT ever put in a customer pick up order here- they are the worst at communicating and giving status updates. My last 2 orders weren't able to be picked up at the promised time- and both times weren't ready for 24 hours later!! No one answers when you call the store either - and I tried every department- just keeps ringing... take your business elsewhere- especially if it's for groceries.... Crazy, long self-service checkout lines with a significant number of lanes not working.

Card machines never work on self checkout, cashiers and attendants never seem to care about anything. Store is always under stocked and never seems to restock items that are most essential (medicine, water, cleaning supplies, etc.) By far the absolute worst Walmart I've been to and if you have the money I would steer clear by any means necessary. read more

Extremely poor service. I have done Walmart return mobile express before and had no problem with it. It's a great way to avoid the wait. Not this Walmart! I started my refund on the Walmart app, and when I went to Customer Service I saw a lady at the Mobile Express counter and stood behind her instead of the regular line. THEN the assistant manager named Kimberly, African American, told me there was only one line -- the regular line, in an impolite tone. I stated I had used the app for mobile express, and told me the same exact thing. She didn't explain why there wasn't a mobile express line, leaving me confused. I pulled up the Walmart app to confirm the PURPOSE of the Mobile Express Line, and it also states "You can also return items in-store for an IMMEDIATE refund." I had the scan ready to go, BUT again there's only one line. My husband finished his shopping, realized what was going on, and asked for a manager. THEN Assistant Manager Kimberly told my husband why there was only one line, it was all because they didn't have enough people... OH BUT when I had walked in there were 3 employees behind the counter including Kimberly. Then goes on and explains she's Assistant Manager and she wasn't supposed to be behind the register. So why is it that she couldn't explain all of this to ME before?! Also told us that the Mobile Express Line is not always available because they don't have enough people. Clearly, someone was making up too many excuses or this Walmart is short-staffed. Unprofessional and rude, that is all. read more

Worst service EVER. I live 45 minutes away and ALWAYS check my messages before I leave home to make sure my order isn't delayed. Several times I have pulled up only to get the message right at or just after my pickup time that my order is delayed. Again I live 45 minutes away. I can't just go home and wait for them to catch up at that point. Also the substitutions are HORRIBLE. It's either something completely different or a much lower quality item. Like tonight... I got back in from a trip. There is NO dog food in my home. I was careful with the website and changed my order nine different times to different brands. EVERY SINGLE TIME it pushed Ol Roy. So I finally put in an order for purina one. It took my money and told me it's available. Again I pull up at my scheduled time to find that they have substituted... you guessed it... Ol Roy. Which makes my dogs SICK which is why I was being so careful to avoid it. I told people that repeatedly. I can't walk around in the store because of a physical disability. This was also explained to them. Rather than try to fix THEIR mess up I was told I could go inside to get what I want or accept their substitution... so basically either injure myself, starve my dog, or make my dog violently ill. I would rate "0" stars if I could. I just got escorted out and threatened to be fined $1000.00 for not having a mask. I was told to leave my buggy and just go and not to come back without a mask. It embarrassed me enough to not drive 30+ miles to go there ever again. They should have atleast had a sign up or something. Im not from Oxford and I had no idea. Got some new tires today from the Wal-Mart Supercenter. While the tire service was OK, I do need to warn you about their underhanded practices. They broke the retaining clips on the hub cap of my car. Instead of telling me what happened, they super-glued the hub cap to the wheel! I watched the service manager take my car out of the bay, do a couple of turns in the parking lot to see if the cap would hold, and parked my car. Upon my inspection, I found that they had tried to super-glue the hub cap in place. All it had to do was hold until I got off the lot. Then they could deny it was their fault I took the hub cap off, took it back in wet with superglue and confronted the service crew. They did call the local Toyota place and got me a new part immediately, but ONLY AFTER GETTING CAUGHT! Double Check their work! read more
