When I call to add items to my order, the young lady was not very pleasant, she said you can go back into your order and add the items yourself. I told her I did not know how, she eventually assisted me. But that isn't why I'm writing, I'm writing to commend you on your manager Tim at your 2721 Camden Rd, Pine Bluff, AR store this morning. I was so upset I begin to cry. I gave him an ear full to say the least. I told him I shop there all the time, I live 3 blocks from your other store, but I love this one, because the people are so so nice. I had knee replacement surgery before the holiday and they are always so nice, even the young men that bring my groceries to the car. I told him it's just my husband and I what are we going to do with a brisket. That thing was long as my arm. I told him if it wasn't getting dark, I would have bought it back last night. I'm on my way to Court and didn't know what time we would be through today. We finished about 1 p.m. and he came up to office and was so kind. He said he couldn't take the meat back, and he was giving me a $30 gift card. I said it cost $40.86. We couldn't eat that much meat in a month. He gave me my money back, the card and the meat. I still don't know what we're going to do, I guess the husband will have a field day on the grill. lol. Can someone please call or write him and compliment him. You don't get recognized for the good things a lot of times, only the bad. If I had Facebook, I would do it. Thank you. If I wrote this much, imagine the poor guy having to listen. Remain safe.

Dear Brookshires. Today I went to shop at your store. I was…read morestopped by the security gaurd who spoke kindly but sternly, "Ma'am, you need to leave your bag up front, store policy." -- I turned to leave. My backpack contains pullups so I don't shit myself and all over your floor, oxygen and an inhaler so I don't faint in your store from a lack of oxygen. I wasn't going to argue my case, just leave. But I said admittedly sharply though not rudely yet "Is this new?" because this security guard has let me in before with my backpack. "No ma'am it's always been policy." I turned around to leave, my PROBLEM HOWEVER? Tell me why your buggy pusher CHASED ME DOWN, yelling at me: "Ma'am! You need to calm down! Ma'am! It's store policy! Ma'am! Nobody is going to go through your bag! Everybody has to leave their bag up front" I snapped finally. "I don't care that it's store policy. I can make the choice not to shop here as my bag contains medication that I desperately need." When he KEPT yelling that I needed to calm down, KEPT chasing me, I left while flipping him off, promising to contact corporate and tell others about this. Explain to me why I was chased down after I had ALREADY LEFT YOUR STORE. Is this your policy too? To chase down disabled people leaving your store? Dispicable. I will NEVER shop at any brookshires or super 8's again. Period.

Worse Pharmacy ever! The Pharmacist are kind and respectful, but the staff lacks customer service…read moreskills, the refuse to take responsibility of their own mistakes, very slow, not forthcoming and many ( not all) have very bad attitude. Instead of taking accountability or saying , sorry for any inconvenience, instead, they make excuses on why medications that were put in to fill are not ready or not in stock. No need to use the app because they often say they don't get the information right away , and so you may get your meds 3-5 days later. It doesn't matter if you a seizure patient, have a chronic illness or just in pain... not their problem! it seems like they were train poorly or simply lack empathy or perhaps they believe giving 60 percent instead of 100 and following through is enough. I called at 10 am, was told my med was out of stock ... I ordered it 4 days prior , but even though they were open 2 of the 4 days... they didn't order it until I called. It's too much because it's been going on for years now. Some people say , switch pharmacies. It's Pine bluff, where am I going to switch to? Other pharmicies are mom and pop and are higher! I pray something changes csuse at this point... these people are doing the bare minimum and instead of being accountable for their shortcomings... they put it back on the customer as if it's not them but the customer is the problem for wanting good service and accountability. Go figure. I wish I could give them a 0 star but for the pharmacist (s) sake, I will offer a 1 star! Y

The parking lot was very crowded except for the six empty spaces directly in front of the store. Online shoppers can park anywhere because they are not getting out of their cars. The grocery staff is going to bring their order to their vehicle. I left the store and went to Brookshires to purchase my groceries because they don't have such an asinine parking arrangement. The store manager or whoever else made this decision needs to wake up and get their priorities straight. I'm sure that walk-in customers far outweigh online customers. When this situation changes. I will consider shopping there again. Until then, my business goes elsewhere.

This place is devastating. So many places that should be here. There is more space available than…read morethere are stores. "Waiting areas" have seating that is ripped and discolored, the food court appears to have had many options to choose from, but when we arrived there were only 2 options to choose from, pizza and Chinese. The place was bare, parking lot was empty, the halls were empty, the signs were old and appeared to have been up for months or longer. The cinema owner was claimed to have been bootlegging movies from a firestick. Claims that she has been investigated for illegally playing films from 4 separate sources at 4 separate times, was startling. This place must have been a force at one point, but now it seems like folk are just waiting for it to die.

It looks almost abandoned now. Strange how Dillard's and JCP are still alive. One thing I can say…read morenice is that the JCP clothing selection is better there than in many of the ones in Houston. And of course, prices are a bit cheaper. The mall itself can be saved but it will take allot of money to do so. If this mall was in a big city with what it has right now, it would eventually be turned into a flee market type spot. Since Walmart left it's going down fast. Perhaps Target could save it, but I doubt Target would even consider opening up in Pine Bluff. So if you are in search to do some mall shopping while you are in Pine Bluff, you are going to have to go to Little Rock in order to see more familiar stores.
