So this is our go-to-everything-shopping store since we moved here. And I'm here a few days a week at the least. Being that we are so close to Bentonville Arkansas, which is Walmart corporate. You would think the stores here would be on there A-Game compared to everywhere else in the country. Not The Case! Unlike back home in SoCal, there doesn't seem to be a 10 foot rule implemented here in any of their stores except the neighborhood markets. A few new employees I've seen over the last few months, Just have common courtesy. But there are some here that I've seen for years.That still pass us up and never say a word. We have even took the initiative to start a conversation. Be friendly, Say hi, but yet being ignored STILL. It's a huge disappointment that management doesn't read these and make changes in their stores. It's a even bigger disappointment that someone from corporate doesn't read these and make changes in their stores. They at the least can provide better customer service. But giving credit where credit is due. These Super Centers have everything for your shopping needs. Groceries, clothes, cosmetics, toiletries, gardening, automotive, electronics, an optometry, pharmacy, hot and cold food to go, they even send money to other countries. All this convenience in one store. We'll, One star for management here. And five stars to you emplease who think outside the box and show the common courtesy that your customers need and deserve. read more

Returning 14 years later to this FTR and the store is still massive. Lots of updates at this Supercenter that is just over the border into Missouri from Arkansas and probably gets a lot of Walmart associates shopping here. It's big and bright and extremely well stocked. Easy to pick up snacks and drinks for our Airbnb and it was nice to walk through the electronics and housewares because they have everything here. The entire front of the store has been converted to self-checkout with two staffed registered and one "Walmar+ member fast lane" area. A single queue for the self-checkout makes it easy. It's been a long while since I shopped at a Walmart near Bentonville. The stores I've been to elsewhere aren't this clean, the associate aren't this nice and the stock isn't this good. It's a nice refresh to remind me of what a Walmart could be if the people wanted it. Note: Clearly posted "No overnight parking" signs. This WalMart is the closest one to our AirBnB, and it's fantastic. It is well-staffed, clean, and offers a wide variety of products. The store features a gas station and a large section for alcohol for sale. There are both self-checkout and manned checkout lanes available, along with staff members available to assist you at the self-checkout. I was amazed by how many employees were working at this WalMart, especially compared to the ones in my hometown; it was remarkably well-staffed. read more

I got my oil change on Feb 29,2025 at 2pm when it was done and I drove home sat in my driveway until 430pm I drove not even 10 miles down road the oil light came on after getting my oil changed I pulled over and on my oil dip stick had no oil on it at all. My husband also looked before I took it back at 6pm. They checked the oil there wasn't no oil I'm my car. They rechanged my oil and put the oil in front of me and when I left the oil light turned off. Cause I called telling them the oil light was on. I went into to get my oil changed and told them if there is metal shavings in my oil they owe me a new engine. The management team told me they put oil in at 2pm if they did my oil light wouldn't of came on. So I put a claim on them I wouldn't trust any Walmart auto centers to work on your car cause they won't up if they fu** your car up . read more

We love this big store when we cross the state line to buy alcohol. And of course Walmart's prices are hard to beat. I found patron tequila from here and it was 6 dollars cheaper that the big liquor store down the street. This store has great selections of beer and wines as well. read more

I spent a entire morning trying to enter a 'pick-up order' as a 'guest'. Since my order last week the 'guest' option field is missing from the site. I called customer service and they told me there was a program issue and to try again in an hour....then another hour...then another hour....skarue Walmart I'll go somewhere else. read more

The person in charge of the automotive was very rude. I had to wait almost 3 hours to get one tire replaced. When I was one of the first persons to arrive at 7:00 am. He told me it would take 1 1/2 to 2 hours. 3 hours later still not ready... read more

Ordered a prescription over a week ago and received a confirmation they had the order. After driving 30 miles I was told they hadn't received the order. I showed the order confirmation and only got a shrug of the shoulders. This isn't the first time, don't know how they keep their license. read more

Store is close to home and convenient. But people are not very friendly, pharmacy pickups are nice ladies but clueless. After 25 min I found out the free coupon code from the manufacturer would not work, after she tried telling me the code did not specify what medicine it was for. I appreciate the work these people put in, but they need to bring back customer service all around to how it used to be. read more

This is our Walmart. We live in Bella Vista so we're close to a lot of Walmarts and Neighborhood Markets but this is our favorite. I love the One-Stop-Shop because I like doing all my shopping at one place and know I'm getting good deals for good items. Occasionally they will be out of stock for an item I'm needing but not often. The associates are friendly even if very southern (Missourian) lol Only thing I don't like is the lack of professionalism and the number of associates with jacked up teeth is almost the whole store. I just want to Thank the management at this Wal-Mart. Due to covid they Apparently have had to remove all seating from the store. Today my 87 year old mother and I stopped to get my oil changed. It was almost 2 hours and she was unable to shop that long. We went to the automotive waiting room and she was sitting on the floor in the empty waiting room. I complained to management about the situation and with in 15 min they had brought an electric chair in for her to sit on to wait. And shortly after that they brought 2 chairs into the room. Multiple multiple bad experiences here. And I'm not the only one! Whoever the manager was that called my friend a bitch because she was right about price matching? You need to be fired. Seriously the corporate office is not that far away guys how could people be so rude here?? Yesterday I went looking for leather repair kit. I looked by myself for a bit... auto, sewing area, over by home goods, over by everywhere. Finally I asked; the first woman I spoke to "sorry we don't carry that" hard to believe Walmart doesn't carry this... second guy. No idea told moms to check over here over there. Doesn't bother to ask anyone else or help... I look. Terrible suggestions. Finally I call the front desk and she says oh we don't have that if we do it'll be over by hardware. Umm ok.. so I go look nothing. Then my kids want to look at the fish and I get to argue with them about no we're not getting a fish. And I walk that back aisle towards auto again. And after a couple moments THE ITEM THAT WALMART DOES NOT SELL IS RIGHT THERE ON THE BACK WALL NEXT TO THE HUNTING DEPARTMENT and auto.. GOOD FREAKIN LORD. Amazon would have been quicker nicer and cheaper. Some of the associates are helpful but most are rude and lazy. Young kid in electronics always super helpful. Irish Guy is awesome as well as a few other cashiers. The managers here are rude and overall don't know a lot about their stores. A few months ago I got in an argument in the bakery over 2lb icing they sell for however much and they insisted I only take 1lb when CLEARLY it says on the label I'm paying for 2! I weighed it and then had her weigh it. The short male manager came and was extremely rude like I was trying to steal telling me this is the first and last time? Really guy? I called the other store in bentonville and they were like umm you can come here and we'll have it ready for you... Why do I go back to this store? It's closer to me. read more

My favorite location. Liquor store section has fantastic prices. Oil change while you shop. Staff very friendly and helpful. Be careful what time you go as it can be very busy after work and Saturdays. I find checking out at the Garden Center to be quicker. read more
