i am elderly and disabled, I have to have my items delivered.... some items were delivered last night, I don't know what time. They were thrown at the top step on the porch... not by the door where they should be! I am more than disgusted with Walmart delivery... I will be looking elsewhere for my shopping. another problem is..... when you leave the store there is a woman, that has no business working with the public, if she can't be more pleasant. I had several large items in my cart, she said in a very rude voice... what's this? why is it any of her business? If I ask where to find something, I get a very stern look, and short answer.... they have said, on several occasions, this is not my department....ALL people should be treated equal! read more

If I could select less than this I probably would. I understand that holidays are busy but there is no reason to be rude. I brought in the ladies from the group home that I work at today to get several things that we needed at the group home and one of my ladies was moving slower than most would and the door greeter there was getting mad that she was not moving faster and was rushing my lady. She has every right to be in that store there was no reason to rush someone who clearly has more issues than the average person. If you cannot be nice to the handicapped what makes me think you will be nice to anyone else. I will be speaking to my manager to see if we can move our business. read more

Worst customer service in Louisiana. There was only one customer checkout open and the line had over 25 customers waiting to be checked out. Yet there was about 6 or 7 Walmart employees walking around doing nothing. This is a regular occurrence at this store for some reason, they are trying to force you to check yourself out. I pay to be checked out by someone they will do it I don't care how long I have to wait in line. The Walton Billionaires are not making themselves anymore richer by me. Ordered tires for wife's car online and scheduled a time for install. Got email asking me to show up 15 minutes early. I arrived 20 minutes early. No one in automotive. Not even inside. Went to customer service desk they couldn't help no one I could talk to about getting my tire. Contacted Walmart.com they gave me a phone number to call. No help at all just got passed around by automated system. Called store repeatedly no one would answer phone. Finally went to store and got someone to get my tire from automotive gonna take it somewhere else and get it installed. Since I picked up my tire I've gotten two emails about not missing my install appointment. read more

While visiting our daughter we had the need to go to Walmart for a variety of needs. While we were there we asked a gal in the housewares Dept if there was more of an item that there was one of on the shelf. Instead of just saying no she stopped what she was doing and went back to the stockroom to see for herself. She came out and apologized for not being able to locate any others. She went the extra mile for us. When we checked out and was waiting in line another associate by the name of Julie came over to us and politely asked if she could help us at another checkout. We followed and she proceeded to make the checkout pleasant with a friendly smile and thank you. I just felt that she she should be noted for the way she serviced us. We wished her a happy holiday. Very Very Very unhappy with the automotive center at this Walmart. I can in to exchange a Lawnmower battery that is still under warranty, The cashier said it had to be tested and the young man that tested the battery it was a good battery, I said I have a brand new craftsman riding lawn mower my battery changer shows that it's not. He stated that he put in on a tester and by that, he can't exchanger or give my money back, So I ask for a manager and the cashier when to talk to her and came back and said that the manager (CC)said it was ok to give me back my money. Then Ann the manager that's over the TLE said that the other manager was wrong and that she wasn't given back my money, and I ask her for the General manager number of Walmart, she said call 1800 Walmart With a nasty attitude and that was that. This's not the first time I have when though issues with the automotive center. The other time when I can by to get an oil change and to get my tires rotated. It had 4 working employees man's there and they were walking around as if they didn't have anything to do. It only had two car's ahead of me, The other customer said that he was waiting for hours after two to three hour I left and take my business somewhere else. Worst service ever never again will I use that auto center again!!!! And by the way, The automotive center needs to take a good lesson from the grocery side of the store. This review is for Walmart SS Pineville, LA. I ordered groceries for my son who is college in town. The time slot was from 7-8, my son got their at 7. When he arrived he called the check in number 9 times and no one answered! He stopped 2 employees to ask for help, but no one helped him. After 2 hours of waiting he went to find a manager who said she would work on it, he finally left at 9:30 with no groceries! Terrible customer service! read more

Very unhappy with the automotive center at this walmart. I took my car in on a Monday afternoon they were busy they said it would be several hours for tire balancing and rotation so I asked that they please call me when my car was ready cashier said okay I will let them know. Well never received a call went in to pay came out to get my car I noticed one of my tires was low on air and I thought how can that be possible they just worked on them as soon as I looked closer there was a nail in my tire. I went to let them know how was this not noticed when they just worked on the tires the young man who helped me said he didn't understand either but, that the person who did tire repairs was gone for the day and had no way to repair it!!! I then requested he give me some suggestions where I could get it repaired i was in from out of town so had no idea where to even begin to look. Well all he could tell me was that everything in town closed at 7pm and he had no idea where I could have it repaired till the next day!!! Disgusted with maggots in potatoes, deli meat slimy and made us all very sick. When we told the manager...he replied "What do you want me to do about it?" Will never shop there again. Staff are ignorant and aggressive...For what reason? No idea. I purchased the foods in good faith, got nothing but a huge headache in return. When manager FINALLY told me to ask for him at the customer service center...he sent an aggressive woman instead. It doesn't look professional to me. The floor staff is extremely helpful. Even if passing through an area which is not theirs, they ask if the customer heeds assistance and go out of their way to assistance much as possible. However, the only negative is the wait to check-out. This customer has been the fourth of fifth in line -- and that is the shortest line. On the other hand, when I get to the counter, the person checking me out has been extremely pleasant--one even got another employee to replace a carton of eggs when she noticed that one was cracked--which I had not caught. read more
