    Went to buy a new fishing rod and found one marked at $48, but when I got to the front to check out it rang up $78. When I told them it was marked different they said he needed to get approval to change the price, and when the manager of sports and out doors came up he said, well it's ringing up $78 and when I showed him the picture he said well it's full price, and that someone must have put the price there and walked off before I could say anything with complete disregard to the fact it's missed price.

The ordered flowers were red and white, they substituted with the most generic yellow flowers... I called and asked for something else and was told he didn't have time for my shit and that it was too damn far to deliver to her house! It is 8.4 MILES TO HER HOUSE!!! Yes, I speak English perfectly fine, as ou should know since you spoke with me on the phone despite hanging up on me 4 different times. They delivered my flowers to the wrong address, and then told me I had to cancel my order, but pay an extra $5 to cancel. I would have been fine with this, but upon asking why I had to pay extra when they incorrectly delivered my flowers, Jerry began to raise his voice, and tell me he wasn't going to pay it because it was delivered to the wrong place. When I stated there is no mention on the website that I would have to pay extra money to have my order cancelled or that the flowers couldn't be delivered to the correct place, he asked me "DO YOU SPEAK ENGLISH?" At this point, I began to ask for his name, which he just hung up on me. I called back asking for the manager, he claimed he was, I then asked for the owner and he completely dodged the question, yelled at me some more, and then claimed he was the owner. I said he wasn't since he had just mentioned he was the manager. He yelled at me a bit more before hanging up on me once more. I called again and this time got Jenna. I asked for the owner and she claimed Jerry was and that he had stepped out, and then she hung up on me. I called again and asked for the owner's name, and she said, Jerry. And as I went to ask another question, she immediately says "IS THAT ALL YOU NEED?" At this point, I want to give them the same exact treatment that they have given to me, and being yelling, instead I just hang up the phone. Not worth buying flowers from, since they'll said them to the wrong address, but blame you and make you pay extra.

    Okay, this Jeweler (Mr. C. Aaron Peñaloza) is a Godsend!…read more Normally, there are few harm-to-person emergency situations in the jewelry business. Today was an exception. My mother is 82 and has vascular dementia. Her left hand swelled up like a balloon 3 days ago and her wedding ring was causing the finger to swell twice its size! Dementia patients are sensitive to situations more so than others. Finally, she agreed to let us cut the ring off her finger. Time is of the essence as the mind can change immediately. In less then 20 minutes, Mr. Peñaloza was at our door and the ring was off in just a few minutes with no pain, no fuss. He was calm, kind and my mother had no issues. Of course, now she's mad at me, but at least she can keep her finger!!! I will most certainly be taking the ring to him after COVID has died down for repair. No problem driving from Austin to received top notch service and product. They can be busy because of the length in business and a strong following.... but worth the wait ! We love the staff.
