Mobility scooters are a JOKE!!!! My husband needs a scooter and they are either dead or non-existent! He told one of the managers about it and the mangers just said sorry and walked off! DANG!!!!!!! New shopping carts. Majority wheels get stuck, don't work.Carts are stuck together and can't get apart. This is about 85 percent of the carts are horrible that why I rarely shop there. If I do shop Walmart it's curbside or delivery . Need new carts read more

Went to buy a new fishing rod and found one marked at $48, but when I got to the front to check out it rang up $78. When I told them it was marked different they said he needed to get approval to change the price, and when the manager of sports and out doors came up he said, well it's ringing up $78 and when I showed him the picture he said well it's full price, and that someone must have put the price there and walked off before I could say anything with complete disregard to the fact it's missed price. read more

Service department is an absolute joke. The employees are non existent, don't help out, and when they do they act like they don't wanna be there. Generally the customer service in Walmart has always been garbage, but this particular store is horrendous. The worst part is it took 3 hours to get a tire fixed that had a screw in it. While shopping at this location my niece, who is only 10 mind you, tripped and sliced her toe open due to a rusty, scrap piece of metal hanging off the bottom of one of their shelves in the electronic department. The manager took nearly 20 minutes to grab a first aid kit and they then asked me to wait while she was bleeding to fill out an incident report. Ha. I walked out carrying her and took her for stitches. She got 2 and a tetanus shot. While this may not seem like a huge deal, she was terrified because it was bleeding everywhere and it hurt. Accidents happen and I wouldn't normally be upset about an oversight, but they still haven't fixed the shelf. The level of unprofessional, careless behavior that I have experienced here has ensured that I will not return to this location. read more

It's freakin Walmart, I know. But the thing that stands out the most about this particular Walmart in Pleasanton, Texas are the employees. Laziest employees I've EVER seen at a Walmart. Unhelpful and seem to not even want to be there. And of all the check out lines this place has there's never more than 2 open! There's like 15 or more of these completely empty check out lines and there's only 2 open with a line backed up to the electronics department. It's madness! I don't even think they deserve one star!!! The employees here are lazy, act like they don't care and even the customer service people are rude!! My husband was using them to buy pallets of water for the oil company he works for!! Once she found out he had a big order, she made him step A aside and wait while she waited on an entire line of people. The water should have been ready for him to pay for and pick up. All she had to do was make a call. Well my husband while waiting 45 mins. Decided to make a call. Just let me say, he no longer uses them because of the rude lil girl at the Customer Service counter. Honestly I'm not this kind of person do this kind of thing, because I can be patient, and I know my way around. I have been waiting for more than 30 minutes just to get someone to come unlock something for me, one other lady had been here with me waiting, and she has gone to call someone three times and still nothing. If you guys are going to lock stuff up make sure you have people there to handle the customers... this Walmart specifically has never deserved even one star, but like I said earlier I don't mind, but I have things to do and this is ridiculous. Convenient location for traveling people. The best thing overall was the accessibility for the country location and the prices.

Called the store to see if I could get a receipt that I lost from the day before so I could be reimbursed by my company. Got transferred 4 times, and the last person who transferred me said she was going to get someone to help and left me on hold for 10 minutes. At that point I gave up bc total call/hold time was 17 minutes and this was the SECOND TIME in the last 2 weeks that it became clear to me that Walmart's solution to customer service is "ignore the customer and they will go away". read more

We all know that you don't go to Walmart for the quality. You go there for can openers, toilet paper and cheap plastic stuff. That said, i have lived here since 1999, and have found most of the personnel at our local store to be lacking any enthusiasm or customer service skills. I don't go to this store any more than necessary as most of the essentials are available at HEB where the service, and many times, the prices are better. read more

Dear, Rosendo Medina, Manager, We just experienced a tragic encounter with your employee Norma at the customer service desk. We were initially greeted and waited on by Dom (Dominck?) at maybe around 6:15 p.m. and he was great. I first had a return with receipt which went well then I had another return which ended in tragedy. I had purchased some printer ink cartridges from your store and didn't have the receipt. I went up and asked how the return could be handled. Dom scanned the items and said we could exchange and the value was $131.90. We were thrilled and went to electronics' department to get the right cartridges; we had previously purchased 901 and we needed 61. After returning to the desk and having to wait again in line Norma would only take back 2 of the 5 cartridges citing the others were expired. A few minutes ago we had $131.90 per Dom and now only about $31.94 before tax. The deal was already made and then was broken and now to mention we should have definitely been able to return the expired ones since that how you sold them to us. Norma was awful. Dom was great. Sorry it ended like this ;-( I already dislike Walmart and this reinforced their bad taste. There's a sign at the customer service desk that reads they'll satisfy the customer with an exchange, refund, or repair. We were cheated! read more
