Survey# 7QQ5Q4F1TV ST#00408 The survey didn't give me a chance to tell the whole story. This store is horrible but I did have one good experience recently. I hate going to this store but it's close & convenient. So I went again expecting to have the normal horrible experience. When i went to check out, I started placing my items on the belt. For some reason most checkers turn this off & on. Why? This checker didn't. Thoughtfully, she even raised the first few items up (so they didn't block the photoelectric sensor) so the belt wouldn't turn off & give me more room to put my items. I have NEVER seen this. I was impressed & started watching her. She scanned my items quickly and greeted me & was pleasant. She scanned the items on the belt in an effort to group certain items. Meats together, veggies together, etc... When the carousel was full she even put bags in my cart. I think she said her name was Jennifer Boyd. If management at this store wants to improve your numbers, HAVE JENNIFER BOYD TRAIN OTHER CHECKERS! or you can just let HEB take all of your grocery business. Everybody loves HEB because they value their customers. The worst checker I had had there was a big guy named Matthew! He literally just stood there and stared at me waiting on me to put the bags in my cart and informed me that they don't do that. 1 star without Jennifer read more

Slowest Walmart ever, with a side of incompetence. I try to avoid this place when I can, but when I can't, I'm sure I'll be treated to long lines, long waits, and slow associates. But, hey the prices are low. read more

Showed up at 935 a.m. For a oil change and tire rotation! I am currently writing this review at 1236! Please do not use this service at this location!!! They where plenty staffed up, the visible problem in my opinion is no one in the shop has a since of urgency! There is attempt by 3 out of the 4 techs to run from work! Yall know the strategy if I am just a little slower I aint gotta get the next one!!! Avoid service here at all cost!!! read more

I'm very disgusted with Walmart automotive center took me 30 minutes to get somebody to help me for an oil change. very nice lady in automotive center help to me and get me signed up for the all change so I went into the store to do some shopping. I came back 30 minutes later to check my car the car was just being put up over the rack to get the oil change started. I asked for synthetic oil in the beginning. Big at the register was about to check me out when the female outside came in and said she needed to check stock because they have been out of synthetic oil. I took her to the shelf and she got the last five bottles off-the-shelf to do my oil change. I watch the female outside start working on my vehicle as I watched her she left the bay and asked three different times for people to come and help her assist her in changing my oil which really started to make me nervous because I did not want her to damage my vehicle. I found out that this time she had only been working there all week so she was still learning how to do the job which didn't give me any comfort in all it made me even more nervous. They finally get my oil change completed 11/2 hours after registering me for work. I paid for some items that I picked up in the store paid for my oil change and went out to my car to leave. As soon as I open the door to my vehicle and noticed that there was oil grease on the handle of my door on my center console on my steering wheel and a big oil boot print on my carpet on the side of my center consul I was furious so called over one of the guys who had helped me earlier and showed him how filthy dirty my car was he knew I was very upset he apologized but that should've never happened there work with sloppy and took extremely too long to complete. I told him I would never be back to Walmart for any automotive work in the future and I would tell everybody I knew about my dissatisfied experience and that he needed to inform his manager of sloppy work that was being done in their shop I guarantee you I would never ever go back to them for anything when I can go to my dealer at Toyota and pay the same price and be out of there or your center in less than 30 minutes and receive my car back clean and ready to go I'm very dissatisfied and I will never go back for anything. read more
