They refused to return an item because my nephew is was Mexican and tried acusing he stole it when the man at the door didn't do his job and put a sticker on it. The 'shift leader / manager" around 7-pm used propanity in front on my children and when I attempted to ask for a higher manager to call me whenever they could, he refused to take my number and kept walking away refusing to help. My five year old isn't even this childish. The management there is a joke. They are disrespectful, disorganized and racist. I dont understand how they let incivility and discourteous people become management. They are not even properly educated about their own policy's. Not the first time me or someone I know has had a problem here. I will never shop at a Walmart again, I will just go to target. read more

This review is strictly for the Pharmacy. Having moved here over a year ago and using this location to fill our prescriptions, we finally had to switch today to the other Walmart. The reason is solely due to Linda at the front counter. I am not sure what her issue is but she has one and the employees in the Pharmacy at the other location acknowledge it too. I have had issues this year that amount to a complete breakdown of abilities to do her job. From misinformation to input of wrong information, it is amazing she is still employed there. The last straw today was a renewal of a prescription and the Drug Company coupon that I have had in place for 5 years. Suddenly it disappeared from their computer. I called the company and got the info, she input the info and said it would not work. I called the company back and got someone on the phone, they found that Linda had processed it, then reversed it. I had spent 45 minutes trying to get it done and left for the other Walmart. Nate got this done for me in 5 minutes and found all of my info in the system was wrong! Do yourself a favor go to the Walmart on Gail Gardner and ask for Nate, he is the best! read more

Just before Thanksgiving 2017 we ordered, online, 4 bar stools not realizing they come in two different counter heights. The ones we ordered were too short so we took them to this location and returned them. Even though we had unpacked one and assembled it, we did disassemble it and repackage it, they took them all back and gave us full refund no questions asked. They just inspected them for damage and that was that. We then ordered the correct height online and are completely satisfied with our purchase. Since it is so easy to return items ordered online we will continue to shop Walmart both in store and online. read more

Went to return a cell phone at Walmart Supercenter @ 3050 E State Rt 69, Prescott, AZ - the time limit to return a phone, I found out is 15 days. I had the phone for 25 days but it didn't work so I decided to return it. The first associate informed me of the policy but when I asked, "What should I do with the phone," she shrugged and said, "I don't know." At which point I asked her to get me her manager. If I had only known how nasty this person named, "Maclovia," was going to be, I wouldn't have asked. The next thing I know, their giving me the company line about returns - but - as a customer, I expected they might have a solution rather than a major attitude. I said to Maclovia, "I need to speak to the store manager, to which she replied belligerently, "I am the manager!" Unfortunately for this habitual liar, the name tag she was wearing identified her as an assistant manager. (Luckily for me, I was recording the entire exchange on my cell phone). When I pointed her name tag LIE out, she made a call on her personal device to call for the manager - to whom I heard her say, "That's okay, no hurry!" How's that for customer service! The manager shows up - BUT - not to make sure I was being taken care of, but to defend her employees and their attitudes and question me based on their accusations - Why? - Apparently is was my fault because I got frustrated with them making no effort to help me in knowing what to do with a one-hundred dollar phone - that I purchased at their Walmart - but couldn't return and couldn't use - in frustration I pushed the 8 ounce box with the phone in it over the counter and said, "You keep it!" - unfortunately this VERY HEAVY "WEAPON" grazed the young lady who was initially helping me - However it was the assistant manager who claimed to be hit - and said I threatened her because I said, "I did not hit you, but if I did you'd know it. At this point, the manager said, "Are you threatening my employees?" WTF? Buy a sense of humor lady! They were only to happy to blame me for the escalation and threatened to call the police - What this meant was - they didn't actually have to deal with the return I was making. The manager followed me out while speaking on her personal communication device giving a description of me to security, I suppose. I know this is very long - however - it is a warning to all who would dare to shop at this store - you, the customer are not "always" right - according to this Walmart, "You're NEVER right"! I have contacted my attorney and we are pursuing several actions, I am a senior citizen - so their confrontational, in my face attitude (their own store video will prove that) qualifies as elder abuse and I would also include racism, as I am Hispanic and I know much of it was directed at me because of that. Waited 20 minutes and called directly to store to get assistance at fabric counter . Finally someone came and assisted. About 20 different associates walked by and didn't attempt to help . Maclovia dd help and done a great job. read more

Terrible service! Went to Walmart and needed 1 yard of fabric cut. Rang bell nobody came. A lady came by and said "it will be awhile because they are in a meeting!" It would have taken her 5 minutes at the most to cut it. I called to ask if I could talk to the Manager and they said "She is in a meeting" I said what kind of service is that? This was at 2:00 in the afternoon with nobody to cover! I called 1800walmart and filed a complaint! The guy tried to call and still nobody came! He said he will file a complaint. I saw the original lady Macovia, who was just walking around killing time, doing nothing! I told the customer service guy that she walked around to the camera area doing nothing, she was pretending to look at the computer that was not on. All you could see was the screen saver. Then she walked to the iPad's pretending to do something there. There was nobody around whatsoever! I told her I was on the phone filing a corporate complaint then she walked away. After she came back she said she was helping other customers which she was not! I was watching her the entire time. She was just walking around in a daze! It is employees like this that give Walmart a bad name! I almost left my entire full basket, if it was not for my husband that really needed the stuff we were buying, I would have left, never to return. It is now 5:30 and I asked for the store manager to return my call, which she has not done yet! read more

Beware...I would strongly encourage you to never purchase a TV or any electronics from Wal-Mart. We purchased 2 TVs and they lasted just over a year. We purchased the extended warranty on one of them and because of the size they said we had to send it in for repair. I sent it in the box they provided and followed the instructions for packing exactly. The problem was that it would only turn on intermittently. When we got it back the screen was cracked and they said it wasn't covered. The screen was not cracked when we sent it in. Sounds like a scam..they break it when they get it then say it's not covered. So we're out the cost of the TV and the extended warranty cost. Feeling very cheated and angry. read more

This is the place I go whenever I want to order a bday or celebration cake with a picture of the celebrant as part of the design. I ordered one and got it the day after, but I usually put my cake order a week to 2 weeks before the event, but sometimes things happen and an unexpected celebration comes up. So I am really happy about getting a personalized cake done with a day's notice. This is where I also print pictures, birthday card invitations, & birthday banner. Gregory who works in the photo center and electronic area, was very helpful and goes above and beyond I expected. I told this young man that he'll become someone really big in the future for the way he exceptionally treats his customers. read more
