I like their drive-through. I like the store as well, but don't usually have the time to go in and browse.

I'm not sure the working environment of this store but the two people I spoke with were two of the most ignorant people I spoke with in a long time. The First Lady was super rude short and talking down to me. The second person told me I don't know what I'm doing about two times and spoke down to me like I'm a child. I had a script transferred and did all the work for the pharmacy to make it easier yet they made it very difficult and I hope they are just having a bad day. read more

I've tried to call the Pharmacy. It's a nightmare here in Prescott w/ pharmacies- esp if you want to SPEAK TO PHARMACIST... hold times are ridiculous! Or you can leave a message, which isn't helpful if you need a CONVERSATION w/ pharmacist- staff. I have questions & meds that need refills from a different State- Its been 2.5 hrs yesterday & today between 2 pharmacies- including Prescott Valley CVS & ZERO resolution... so I guess I'll have to get a ride ( as my vehicle hasn't arrived from being shipped yet) & then be told yes or no + wait for it to be filled OR go w/out vital meds! This is a veryyy veryyy bad way to do business. For all of those angry- the Costco pharmacy answers their phone! I just can't switch this mth bc I'm having to transfer State to State. I will be using a pharmacy that answers the phone, esp after holding for 40 mins & then being hung up on! read more

Emergency prescriptions for a sick lady were filled very quickly. Pharmacy staff were very pleasant and helpful.

THIS IS A ZERO STAR REVIEW: This has to be some of the worst customer service that I've come across in the 21 countries that I've stepped foot in. I went to collect my photographs which were free due to a coupon. The email came through along with a text saying they were free and they were ready to be picked up. I went in to get them and there was absolutely nothing in their system yet my email quite clearly states their exact address and that it was done 14 hours beforehand. I had to resubmit the order and I told the lady that I was not going to pay for it as this was free and this was their mess. She gave me a code to put in and I explained to both ladies that I will be coming in later on the afternoon to pick it up. When I returned I saw the same lady that I'd seen earlier and she wanted to charge me for the photographs, I had to boot my phone up and show her once again the email that stated it was free. The attitude of the employees in the store is absolutely ridiculous. read more

I went to pick up my prescriptions at the drive up window and there was a sign that said due to lack of staff the window was closed. Unacceptable. read more

I purchase two items and paid cash, knee brace and thumb brace. When I arrived home, my husband had found the ones I had so I returned them to the store. I was told I could not get my cash refund and it would be refunded on a gift card. I paid cash and should receive cash. I asked for the manager and guess what she was the supervisor. Her explanation for the gift cards was to prevent fraud. Apparently no fraud exists with gift cards. Very disappointed in this location with absolutely no regard for customer service. Paid cash should receive cash back. read more

They're quick response to voice mail and questions. I appreciate the updates on the app letting us know a refill is in progress or what the status is. So many other convenient things as well read more

I certainly have no complaints with this CVS. The store is conveniently located, has plenty of parking, is clean and the staff are friendly. Their alcohol section is also quite large and they have everything else you need from a pharmacy. read more

Waited in line for 20 min with only two other customers ahead of us...when we reached the window our prescription was "still being worked on" despite having called 2 hours prior and being told the prescription would be ready in 30 min. They had 4 people working back here....not sure where the incompetence lies? There is definitely no sense of urgency here...We then waited another 20 minutes while they continued working on getting the prescription filled. Just prior to ringing us up the tech checking us out picks up her mechanical pencil and stares at its tip, clicks it a few times, being satisfied with the length of lead that has come out, she then sets it back down, and then finally proceeds to ring us up... read more

I scheduled a COVID test online for 4:50 this evening. After waiting in line outside for 25 minutes I get to the window and the girl tells me that they're not allowed to do any tests after 4:00 pm. So I ask why was I allowed to make an appointment for 4:50 then and she says there's a glitch in their system and there's nothing she can do about it. They had my phone number since I booked an appointment online, a phone call would have been nice. read more

This is the most disorganized pharmacy I have ever seen. I literally had to go five times for my prescriptions. The first time they said they would be ready in two days! Really, my husband's back is out and he is in excruciating pain! So they said come back the next day! Four times later they had to look for them! Spilling out bags of filled prescriptions that had not been put away! Needless to say I found another pharmacy! read more

This CVS pharmacy may not be the most screwed up pharmacy in town, but it's right up there. I can almost never get my prescriptions when I need them- even if I give notice of my need's way ahead of time. There is usually a, "your doctor hasn't approve this", "come back in about 20 minutes", "that will be ready next Tuesday", etc. Because I order most of my scripts over the phone, the majority of my communications with the pharmacy are made via a recorded message system. When trying to order or find the status of an order, one of my favor replies is, "your prescription will be ready December 21, 2021 at 11 AM. If you need it sooner, press one". Since it is now 2022, I never know which button to push. Actually, I've tried Walgreens too. Although some of their reasons for delay are slightly different, the end result is about the same. It's probably all about money. read more

I want to give a shout out to Mary in the Pharmacy. She was so helpful today and we saved a lot on the medication my husband needed.

I switched over to CVS for all of my prescriptions. The pharmacy is great. All of the workers are very nice and I never have a long wait time. The pharmacist is extremely helpful and nice. He will answer any questions you have about a prescription. I definitely recommend this pharmacy. It is always pretty awesome that there is a drive through! read more

I moved all my prescriptions to this CVS pharmacy months ago and am I ever glad! All of the employees are pleasant and helpful. What is particularly helpful is their drive thru window. I chose this pharmacy as I had filled prescriptions here before and the staff was always friendly and helpful. I thought I would save time by NOT driving all the way to Costco where the lines are always LOnG. Not so. After waiting for 10 minutes in line I was told to move over to an empty window to drop off my prescription- another 10 minutes for the clerk to tell me that they have to Call My Doctor because he is out of state (I live in Williamson valley and in Illinois) and this will take 2 to 3 hours... while I understand that the government has a plethora time wasting regulations that end up penalizing law abiding citizens, the clerk and pharmacist did not have the helpful, kind attitude that I normally encounter at Cvs, both here and in IL. I suspect this is due to being overworked! The line for pick up was still 5 to 7 people deep when I left the store. May I suggest that management put more trained employees in the pharmacy!??? read more
