We went to this store to try to find some items we couldn't get at the other grocery store in town. We found some items but others they didn't carry at this Walmart. This store didn't carry some of the products that we find at other Walmart's. The Walmart Supercenter is set up like most other supercenters. It was clean with a deli & grocery on one end and pharmacy/home goods on the other. I'm not a big fan of Walmart (lowering quality of things for a cheap price) but in this small town, you go different places to find different things.. The deli was very clean, hot food like chicken bites (tasty) real hot and deli meat & cheese with salads look clean and neat. The produce is good quality with some variety but they won't stock bean sprouts (?) or the usual veggies & fruit-although they do not stock the more unusual shishito peppers. The basic veggies looked good but the fruits didn't have a large stock. We probably would go to the Walmart again if I needed some product while in the area that I couldn't find at the other grocery. read more

I was looking for pots and pans and asked a clerk up front where they were. She gestured vaguely, "Over there, right over there." Not terribly helpful, but I got a pot listed on sale for six something, and at self checkout it showed 8 something. She came over, for some reason the checkout failed, and I mentioned the price discrepancy. She said, "Well it's not on sale. Nothing I can do about it!" Wow, thanks so much for the friendly helpful attitude. I realize these people get paid dirt for their work, while the Waltons cash in, but this was not the way to treat a customer. Customer service is extremely rude in dealing w customers. It's now really difficult to find the stuff I need. The restrooms I would only use if in an emergency extremely disgusting restrooms. It's now since they've remolded taking a whole lot longer if needing help at any register. The cashier's when bringing up an item on roll back try to claim you are only allowed so many of that item. Okay....Sorry but I have to rag on Wal-Mart in Richfield, UT. Last night we came to buy stuff for my son and I saw Starter boxers on the clearance rack for $3 and 1 of my sons like those it usually a pack of 2 or 3 for $12 something. SO, What the heck I going grab because that's cheap. When the lady was ring us up I went to grab something so I didn't see what it rang for. When I went to check my receipt I notice they charge me $8.48. I came back just now to let Wal-Mart know and the Manager went to look and she said I don't see it so I went and there they were bunch of them of the clearance rack but the one I saw wasn't there and they had a different style on there for $5.....Guess what she didn't honor it because she said her manager will be on her A__....Her words! " Carol" is one interesting employee . We had the worst experience with an employee named Carol . She accused us of not paying for a cheap shirt & and a few bags of ice . I was on my way from Vegas to Denver and busted a tire about a mile from this location. Thankfully I was able to struggle in. Jay was there in the auto department and quickly offered assistance. Unfortunately he didn't have my particular size tire in stock but he offered to give me a ride to a neighbor store to purchase a tire for him to install for me. This level of service exceeded any expectation I could have ever imagined. Before he made the generous offer I was already calculating the time and cost of a cab to the other store. If Jay has not already been awarded employee of the month I would be shocked and disappointed. The rest of the staff was also very friendly and helpful as well. If you are ever in a jam and in this area, these guys will make sure you get back on the road safely. read more

This is a complaint about a product, NOT a complaint about employees. The eye center in the store sells several different lenses for their glasses. The ones I chose are an "upgrade" and are the absolute worst lenses I have EVER had. This from a guy that started wearing glasses at eight years old, changing them every couple of years for over fifty years. The lenses are ground differently from any I have ever had. The salesperson "sold " me on them as an improvement, BUT THEY ARE NOT! They have a very narrow field of vision that makes it very difficult to focus with two lenses. It is practically impossible to see well through both lenses at the same time. They are also terrible with close work and specifically reading. I don't know why, but everything in the room can appear reasonably clear except print at any distance. These lenses are ground differently than any I have ever had. I just hope the warranty covers replacement with a traditionally ground lens. EDIT: Went back a couple of times to complain and was told the glasses needed adjustment. The third time I told them I was tired of having adjustments and not going to be talked out of replacement lenses. Of course then they informed me that my prior complaints didn't count and I was two weeks out of the warranty period. read more

Stopped in to this Walmart to get a few necessities on our way to some National Parks. The shelves were nice and organized but the customer service was horrible! I needed some help at the self check out. I asked the lady in charge of that area for help. She needed to call a manager and pushed a button to alert them. 5 minutes went by and no response. She said that they must be busy and I should go to Customer Service. When I got to the service desk I saw what all the managers were "busy" doing. They were huddled together behind the desk chatting. I waited in line for another 5 minutes while they continued to chat. Then right before it was my turn in line, they walked away. When i asked the lady at the register for change for my 20s, she said she would have to call a manager!! I waited another 5 minutes before I got my change. read more

Certainly, one of the nicer Walmart's I've visited. Very clean store, friendly staff and a nice selection of most everything. I mean, it's a Walmart and the basics are the same with any store. I normally love Richfield'# Walmart great products etc. And normally its a five star bit today I had the worst service. I need a new memory card for my phone but I'm not good at that type of technology so I went to the man who worked at the electronics he acted like I didn't exist rolled his eyes and pointed in the direction of the memory cards were when I tried explaining again in knew where they were I didn't know which one would work for my phone he sighed and said then read the package....I didn't t get that memory card today. read more

We visited this Walmart during our tour. It was a super center and was quite impressive. We were originally planning to buy only what we needed for dinner but ended up buying some clothing and hiking equipment too. Their fruits were fresh and I liked the prices of their Powerade. read more

I wish I would have seen others reviews before buying the Ozark trails 1-person tent! It is the worst tent I've ever owned! I woke up every morning with a soaked sleeping bag. It wasn't even raining and it was soaked!! When I tried to take it back to Walmart they wouldn't take it back. They don't except returns on camping gear, no exception!! So I called the manufacturer to get the problem fixed. That was also a complete joke. They were extremely unhelpful and condescending. Ozark trails and Walmart are extremely guilty of false advertising and lying to us comsumers. And when I called them out on it, the guy said we can advertise however we want and say whatever we want. I feel very cheated and lied to. On the bag the tent comes in, it says, it's a backpacking tent. It says it's good for backpacking and is wind and weather resistant. The people I talked to, said, it was only good for front yard camping in perfect weather camping. So I asked them if it's only good for front yard camping in perfect conditions, than why does it advertise differently on the tent. I was told that was only my prospective. Which didn't make any sense. I wish I would have recorded my conversations with Walmart and Ozark trails. Their answers and justifications to my issues were almost comical. I will never buy camping equipment from Ozark or Walmart again. They don't care about the quality of the merchandise they sell, just as long as they get their money. read more
