Walmart Tire and service is really Bad.. I went for a Oil change and they changed my Oil and when the finished I got in my car and drove down the road and noticed Smoke coming out from under the Hood and a Bad burnt Oil smell so I stopped in a parking lot and look under my car and Oil was dipping a lot on the ground so I drove back and they checked it out and said sorry we over filled it and got it on your Engine and they said the cleaned my engine.. next day I dove my car and still smell that burnt smell bad.. Searching for a particular pattern of beach towel and having just come from a Walmart where i purchased two towels in a different pattern as the price was $5.00, i went to Walmart 2 (price on end cap $4.98). Searched through All patterns and found 2 of the pattern I was seeking hidden. Went to self check out and it rings up $9.98. Called employee over, he apologized and said he couldn't override had to call supervisor, gave explanation that if more than 50% less than it rings up, has to get approval...she comes, meanwhile I go back to snap a picture of sign to expedite our time and to save her having to go "check the price". I return and show her picture, she states she has to get approval from manager (assistant), as they have been told they are over riding to much. Asst manager tells her to give 10% off only. We explain we just came from other Walmart where same towels are $5.00. He says, "we are not same." I state but the brand and towels are! After asking for store manager, he approves the price seen on end cap, that had been promptly removed. Not sure what kind of crazy policies Walmart is following but customer service is not on the high list. read more

If there were no stars I would enter that but since I have to select I selected 1 star. This is due to the terrible curbside service we received today. The curbside number does have anyone who answers the phone at 210-952-6410 and the voicemail is full. We have been waiting for an associate to come out for over 30 minutes and still no sign of an associate. We tried calling and spoke to an associate at the store and there was no assistance provided. This has been the most convenient and terrible customer service. The staffing ratio should be increased due to the demands that is in this area. I would not recommend anyone using this curbside service. FYI, still waiting for an associate to come out and check on the cars waiting. read more

I always like new Wal-Marts they are clean not run down. This store is your standard Walmart. They do have an extended garden center and automotive section to include several isles with tires. The store has McDonalds in the front and other assorted business. This store is clean and well kept compared to others in the area. I cannot believe I have found a Wally World I can actually tolerate!! I can't possibly give it 5* because it is, after all Walmart and I didn't go to the bathroom, so that's that. There is so much amazing stuff going on at this location. *** we bought 2 games in the electronics department. The girl was super helpful and did not grumble about having to get the keys. *** we bought our kiddos new bikes and my youngest was riding his all around the store with his helmet on (don't judge, he was being very courteous and looking both ways) and there were employees everywhere telling him what a good job he was doing and what a great bike he picked. He was HAPPY! *** we checked out in the front and what a great cashier!!! She was friendly. I was sooooooo pleasantly surprised. Overall it was the very best experience ever at a Wallyworld. Since my last review I have definitely seen improvement in this Walmart! I went this morning for tax free back to school shopping and I was easily able to find a parking spot and get all of the items that I needed. I liked that they had a large back to school/college section at the front of their store, and any items I couldn't find there I easily found in the office supply section. When it came to check out I had several coupons for my school supplies that weren't scanning and the cashier was nice enough to go through my purchases and then honor the coupons anyway since they matched what I purchased. Last year during back to school shopping the same thing happened and the cashier refused to honor the coupons, and they charged me more than the posted prices!! (I took pictures this year on my phone to make sure that I would be charged the correct amount, and luckily I didn't need to debate anything because all of the prices at the register matched the posted prices!) I also ordered some items online and store pick up was incredibly easy. All I had to do was type in the last four digits of my order number and then sit down on a comfy chair to wait. In less than two minutes an employee showed up with my order and let me know that in the future I can also check-in online and an employee can bring the item out to my car for me. So nice! read more

Had new tires installed on my car, a coupke of weeks later i took it back because i felt a shake or shimmy as i gained speed, asked them to look at the balance for me, which is covered in their price. Went and picked it up, told me they checked it and its fine. Drove it, same problem...took my car to a Discount tire to get it checked, they really did check it, the balance of two wheels gad to be corrected. Now the car runs great. Just more horrible customer service from Walmart. When are these store going to change and start working on cystomer service. I would rate the Auto Care service center with a 0 but Yelp does not allow me to. The worse service I have ever received at this Auto center made an appointment for 10 drove out at 12:30 over two hours for four tires. This walmart is close by my house so it's convenient, but the restrooms are horrible the locks are broken in the restrooms and there is feces spread all over the walls the toilet seats are torn up and there's graffiti everywhere in the women's restroom this wouldn't be such a problem but I'm pregnant and having to use the restroom frequent times in one visit to the grocery store. They hardly refill their supplies in the restroom so washing your hands may be an issue unless you carry hand sanitizer I have let staff members know but once again returning to the restroom nothing had been done. This is for the auto center. I made the mistake of going here for an oil change today. Got there first thing in the morning and found there were roughly 6 cars there already. Dropped the car off and was told it would be about an hour, maybe a little over. 2 1/2 hours later, my car was finally done. During that time I saw several of the workers come inside, wander around aimlessly then go back out. It was the craziest thing I've seen lately. This is my WalMart location for most anything except food. A good number of housewares come from this location. There are a lot of choices of everything from sheets, to pillows, to pots and pans, to plastic storage. One food item I do get here is their heat & serve pizza (Supreme being my favorite). Coming first thing in the morning is best as there are plenty of registers (most of them self-service). If you've ever been to a WalMart on a busy day, you can definitely appreciate that! Parking spots are usually reasonable and within close distance to the store. Overall a thumbs up location. read more

OMG! This store ROCKS! When Wal-Mart decided to open this store it seems they took every complaint into account and FINALLY designed a store with the customers in mind. Wonderful, helpful staff... always clean.... wider isles for wheelchairs/motor carts.... heck even the grocery section got an update! This store is a tiny bit further or me than the W. Overheard a supervisor named Oscar yelling and an employee telling them they need to work faster while restocking the aisle in an already stressful time. My husband spoke to him and told him that is not how you motivate an employee and it would be better to walk up to him and explain the need for urgency vs yelling at him down the aisle in front of customers. Oscar rolled his eyes at him. We are very disappointed in how this employee was treated. I've had family members quit from this exact store due to poor management as well. We were notified that our order was ready. We arrived and checked in. We waited over 50 minutes for 3 small bags of groceries. When I called to find out why it was taking so long the rude 'lead' informed me that he could make it take over an hour if I didn't stop complaining. I suggest using a different location.
