I'm glad to see that this Walmart has a new manager. We've noticed a slight improvement in the cleanliness of the store. It is also more organized. Hopefully, The new manager can lobby to achieve upgrading the current status of shopping carts that are in dire need of it. The majority of the carts are rusted and in pretty bad shape. We've visited other Walmart's in the general vicinity and they have new carts (Walmart Nacogdoches, Bulverde, etc.). read more

This Wal-Mart has always come through for me in the past. Today was the exception. The Greeter obviously is foreign amd probably has not been working on site very long who knows, and he did not know what I was looking for, so he then clearly GUESSED where I could find it, and told me where to look. Which it wasn't, so I asked another BLUE VEST and she confidently and clearly told me "We don't have that here." which after I went around the store looking for it just incase and it turned out to be true that they do not sell Sports trading cards. read more

On 2-23-25 (6:30 pm) I bought 15 bags (@ 2 cu ft) of brown mulch. The bags were in the parking lot in a special display area. Gabe Roman was called to come help me load them. He arrived promptly and insisted on loading all the bags himself in my hatchback auto. He was quick, professional, and friendly. He left me with a great impression of this store. We were need of returning our brand blackstone grill when my brother lost the receipt. The wonderful customer service (shoutout to Amanda and the lady with curly hair and glasses). They made it no issue and wonderfully pulled my cash receipt and i was able to return my blackstone and get my money back! Shoutout to Casey, the wonderful cashier; hes awesome. read more

This Walmart is ridiculous! The store manager Mark & team lead Sharika did absolutely nothing to help me in getting a price adjustment for my items I had purchased. They said my items did not quality for a price adjustment due to it being past 24 hours. However Walmart policy states 7 days, they also claimed that my item was electronic when it wasn't. Walmart policy does not states that electronic items cannot be price adjusted after 24 hours. Lastly they did not try to see if my price would adjust. The custom service of Walmart has deeply declined. Sadly another Walmart was able to accommodate me. read more

We feel the female employee lied to us about the deli service - she told us at 8:01pm that the deli closed at 8:00pm and that the machines were already down. (Which also means she wouldn't have serviced anyone at 8pm either!) ... But after 30 min of shopping - we passed by the area only to see another gentleman cleaning the machine .. so... Why would he clean it again ? therefore - she provided bad service to us by saying the machine was already down and refusing to wait on us at 1min after closing. This is the only Walmart I go to but it's just like any other I'm the city. Trashy, lazy employees with no knowledge of what customer service is and the place is always changing and everything is always being moved around. The employees do nothing but move items around and restock stuff while gossiping and ignoring customers. Maybe one or two will be at registers if you're lucky but mostly 99 percent of the time you are using a self-checkout. Also, the beauty isle is now locked up and none of the employees can unlock it only a manager who is never around so if you need makeup or nail care you should spend your money at target or H-E-B. read more

Today March 8, 2022 at around 9:20 I started to do self check out near the pharmacy and grocery exit and since the moment I started checking out the worker was looking at me weird because I tried scanning items fast and it made a weird noise but I made sure I scanned all items yet when I finished she has the nerve to ask if I checked out everything and got my receipt and checked if I scanned foam plates like I'm really going to steal foam plates and she even re scanned the item to make sure like really if you were watching me so close and paid attention you would have seen I pod for it worst Walmart experience ever never coming back here again read more

Unlike Hugo E., I'm not here to write a review of a business I generally hate. I am not a Walmart fan as well, but hey, sometimes you want milk at midnight and other stores are closed. I have no clue how the employees are treat, or the wages that they have - at least they have a job in this economy right? All I know, from my interaction with them, is that they do their jobs. Helpful, nice, and approachable. The store itself is clean and sometimes tidy (pesky customers always putting stuff where it doesn't belong!), like any big store that has a higher ratio of customers to employees. What I do like about it, is the 'home and garden' section. Particularly the garden, that is 'outdoors,' which I don't find at HEB. I hope future Yelpers will write more about the store than the politico-economical bias they have against the company. read more

I'm not sure if it's worth my time to review Walmart, but this store is the absolute worst. Getting in and out sucks, there's long lines, and the inside of the store is mediocre with sub par service. Every time I come here, there's generally just a couple registers open with cashiers who make it obvious they would rather be anywhere else. So in conclusion, its Walmart. read more

The only true perk of this Walmart is that it's 24 hours. I've had nothing but negative after negative experience here. I don't know if it's because I only come to this Walmart as last resort or what, but the customer service by some of the employees is ridiculous. The specific memory that I can recollect was my most recent visit. I was in line in the customer service area waiting to be helped along with a whole bunch of people. All of a sudden the woman behind the register announces that her shift is over & that customer service is closed. She walks from around the counter, clocks out, & leaves while we all stood around dumb founded trying to ask someone else if we were going to be helped. Finally, a night manager comes to the customer service area & notices some angry customers she looks at all of us in line & exclaims "don't you know this is walmart!" She stated it as if it were some justification for what had happened. I couldn't help but laugh because I couldn't believe that she was actually being serious. Fast forward to my turn in line I got another manager who was trying to get the line down who was completely different than any of the other employees. He was kind, empathetic, & apologetic for what went on that night. Now I feel like I should say though that I actually do like Walmart & shop at Walmart frequently, but this particular store was horrible. DONT BUY APPLE PRODUCTS HERE !! -- So yesterday I almost got scammed by this Walmart. They legit are either selling fake AirPods or accepting returns of fake product and then putting them back on their shelf's without checking them. I bought my brother 2nd Gen AirPods, when the cashier took them from the Apple cabinet and rung them up I really wasnt paying attention to them. When I got home I gave my brother the bag and he's like, "Oh crazy it didn't come wrapped in plastic". I was like, wait wtf what are you talking about. I have my own pair and got him the same generation as me. I took one look at those AirPods and right away could tell not only were they off, they were used! The inside was dirty with little black hairs, finger prints and mini scratches all over the outside and when I looked to see the little light, its not even the same generation!! And when he went to try and pair the case, it wouldn't pair at all. The actual AirPods themselves were trying to pair as 2 separate AirPods each saying "LG". When looking at the actual packaging you could tell they were fake, the lid was flimsy. I was livid. I went back immediately and told the lady I just bought these, opened them and could tell they were used and were not the correct generation. She didn't even hassle me at all, was completely understanding as if this kind of thing happens all the time! Literally a $189 return and didn't even ask for my ID or push for more details! Either they're knowingly selling fake AirPods or they don't bother to check returns and just recycle the returned items back onto the floor. Needless to say after I got the return credit back on my card, I went to Target. This time when purchasing the AirPods, the box was sealed with plastic wrap and everything. I opened up the AirPods and everything checked out, you could see the difference like day and night. After all of this I looked online and apparently ITS A THING that people are getting sold fake Apple products via Walmart! NEVER AGAIN. read more

Shop at this location only when all other stores are closed (perks of being open 24 hours). Every time I shop here, the customer service is horrible but my last visit was what topped the cherry- will not be returning here again. Wanted to go to the lake, and we were in need of a speaker. Thus, we visited this location since it was early morning and we didn't have time to wait for other stores to open. Well, their electronics department has horrible customer service. We had a speaker in hand and ready to purchase and the employee just stared at us, we then asked her if we could purchase it here and she shrugged stating she didn't know. Well we then asked another employee who was also in electronics and informed him that we wanted to purchase the speaker, he took the box and charged us for it, we then asked him where the speaker was, since the box was empty. He then shrugged and said he didn't know. We had to get to a third employee who finally helped us and we were then able to purchase the speaker. This location always has horrible customer service in every department and everything is always out of order. If you can- avoid this location, only perks are the fact that it is open 24/7 and you can find some products cheaper here than other locations. But as for myself- I will avoid after this experience. read more

Barbara in electronics is horrible! She has such an attitude. Both times I've gone (this isn't a single incident) I didn't even want to ask for a locked game because she acts like doing her job is asking too much. Ryan in electronics was awesome though! If Barbara hates working so much than maybe she should get a different job? She has 0 customer service skills. I left a prescription at the pharmacy and was told to pick it up in an hour. I left and came back 2 and a half hours later. I wait in line to talk to a pharmacist but when I get a pharmacist, they tell me it's "out of stock". Very poor communication. read more

Haven't been at this Wal-Mart or any Wal-Mart for 8 months now. The final straw was my experience at this store returning a damaged file cabinet 1 hour earlier and switching it out with another (ended up being damaged as well but I said screw it after my experience and kept the cabinet). After waiting approximately 15 minutes in line while the front end manager made her way in and out of the returns area without failing to assist the cashier, I finally had my chance at switching out the damaged product. Unfortunately I forgot my receipt at the house, and I refuse to drive back to get my receipt when it was a damaged product on their end that was sold to me. After another 10 minutes of them looking up my transaction (since these idiots don't even have the technology to look up a credit card to view previous transactions), I finally had the green light to return my product. Upon questioning the cashier about why they were unable to look up my credit card for previous transactions, I was offered a smart aleck response that I should invent that technology. Interesting enough, I summoned the manager on duty which took an additional ten minutes. Additionally humorous is that it was the front end manager (which had been ignoring the lines at the return's desk) who responded. She really didn't give a flying flip about what was going on so I requested the district manager's contact information which was rapidly given to me. I contacted the district manager who did not pick up his phone immediately (understandable, he runs a district), and I left a message explaining my horrid experience at this store. Contact information was left to get back to me. 8 months later I still haven't heard from him and 8 months later I stand true to my promise. If a company from the top to the bottom does not care about their customers, then you are undeserving of my money. Thank God for Target, HEB, Home Depot, etc. etc. where the companies actually give service and earn their money from me. 8 months strong and going strong on a lifetime free of Wal-Mart. read more
