The service here for Walmart Auto could have been a lot better. I came here to get my oil changed, tires rotated and air pressure checked. When I come back to my car the check the notifications the low tire air pressure light came on. I asked why is show and they said to wait 15 minutes. 2 hours later it's still there so I took to Joe Cooper and they did a better job at fixing my tires. read more

There used to be a thing called customer service and punctuality. Not at this store. Stopped in to get some allergy medicine. Was just before 9:00am (8:56) there opening time. There were two men in front of me waiting. The pharmacy had several employees all in it. With customers waiting it was 9:02 when the opened the windows. It a big deal then the employee said give me a few minutes to get things turned on. Now it sounds petty to give a one star over that. But when you have 3 customers waiting and you've been in the room talking to your friends and continue to make customers wait after the opening time. It's. It very good customer service. You obviously don't need the customers or you would show them the respect of at least being ready to serve them after making them stand and wait for you to open. read more

We are expected to be trained to scan our own groceries and bag them and put them in the cart then prove we did all the things. Tonight we scanned all the items and got ready to pay. Come to find out it is a card only register. Had to search for someone to come help us. She tells me oh you can't use cash here... it's card only. I didn't see any sign stating that. Bought a 75 inch television on Black Friday. When we went to pick it up, they said it was cancelled. The store manager, Joe ( would not give his last name, as dishonest as he was, I don't bame him.) My experience at Walmart is always happy the pharmacy doctors and the pharmacist know me by my name they keep me updated on my shots and any other medications that might be new to me they're full of advice on vitamins and different salves or just different things throughout the store I go shopping the shelves are very clean very orderly when I ask an employee a question they stop what they're doing they look at the computer if they need it and they tell me all about the product I'm going after I don't know I just like Walmart all around great place to shop. read more

I'm not sure if the problem that I have every single month with Walmart is with the store who gets orders ready or the delivery people. I pay a monthly fee for Walmart Plus and yet every month I have to call because I'm missing items from my order or they the company wants to bill a different card than you have set out. It's ridiculous.. I shouldn't have to have multiple cards in order for them to bill. They need to work on that and fast. read more

At about 10 am today, The customer service here is horrible. The deli counter was absent of employees. I waited at the counter while one by one 3-4 people walked away without being acknowledged. I had really high hopes for this Walmart as I was assured this one "isn't one of those". Well that was a lie from the get go. Aside from employees telling me that they "don't know and don't care because they are fixing to quit" I had a truly awe inspiring encounter with Marcus at the ammo case. When we were initially buying ammo the prices looked okay at best. This was after we had to wait for an associate to come and open the case because the manager there didn't have an ammo case key. Still not a big deal, she was quite friendly and I have no complaints about her at all. The ammo rang up different than what it said on the shelf. We needed a manager override and after paging one twice none ever showed up including Chris who started this chain of events. However Marcus for some reason decided that he needed to make an appearance and explain to us that the "prices are never right and we just stick it as close to the price on the shelf as it scans". Well that's not how inventory works at all under any circumstances but hey it's Walmart right? So here's what actually happened, someone scanned the .270 in under the 7.62 x 51 so they or someone they know could buy it at a much cheaper price and then leave whoever noticed this to deal with the fallout. In the end a manager never came and Marcus said since the prices are always wrong they wouldn't honor the sticker price anyways. Well federal guidelines are rather strict when it comes to ammunition Marcus and because one or more of your co workers are as lazy if not lazier than you we decided not to pursue the matter since it was blatantly obvious that management was never coming. So if you ever need to go here don't. Just save yourself the time and frustration and go shop on Amazon or somewhere else unless people like Marcus are your kind of people. As we were checking out for another item up front I asked for the store managers name and was told that he didn't know. He said it was Joe or Joseph and when I asked about the last name he said he didn't know and didn't care. I appreciate his honesty because he was one of two honest people out of the ones we encountered and he's quitting! On the way out we saw manager Chris again who was in no way busy and I explained to him how Marcus and his people skills were horrible and he said something to the effect that he would take care of it. Well Chris I doubt that because you couldn't even help us when we needed help to begin with. Yes I really hope this store understands the severity of what happened because they are artificially altering prices and inventory of ammunition. I have not once gotten all of the items I paid for. There is always, 100% of the time something missing. Nice Wal-Mart. The thing I don't like about these are the associates. You could walk by 100 in one visit and not one will speak to you. Drives me crazy. But with that said this one is always clean. Again, its problems with the checkers refusing to take printed coupons from the website (coupons.com) that Walmart sponsors?? I have received a phone call from the Manager himself that told me that when his checkers refuse to take a printed coupon because it won't scan (even tho all 7 of my others scanned fine, 2 didn't) to tell them he said to manually input. well, that didn't work with (well no name on receipt) but the ID on my receipt is 7KZJ3213QBR. She absolutely refused to manually input it. This is the thing, I would NOT buy certain products EXCEPT for the fact that I have a coupon that makes it more reasonable. I even bought a new printer so there would be no problems. But, sometimes YOUR SCANNERS just don't read them. I like couponing..... it saves me on my grocery bills because I am retired and living on a limited income. So somebody needs to make up their minds. Cause my husband got really irriated at me and the checker for arguing about it.
