Lots of hip new styles, ripped jeans, cool tops, shorts, skirts, dresses, jewelry, shoes, sandals, accessories, and more. Many items 50% to 75% off retail price. Which is great because some jeans cost about $70 in here. They do not carry the super expensive name brands, but have higher priced clothes than most other stores in this farming town. The music was played loud and had upbeat tunes on it. The staff was friendly and helpful as needed, and they seemed to take care of all the shoppers needs in a timely manner. Great place for a young woman to buy some clothes, look casual and hip, but not look like a teenager. With the sales going on and several clearance racks your pocket book won't be hit too hard for an entire new outfit. This is not a huge mall store, but they carry a decent variety of styles and sizes to fit most women.

This particular location, however, is significantly smaller than any other Maurice's store I've visited in the last 20 years, and the assistant manager that I dealt with while there recently was exceedingly condescending. The store was dead/empty in the middle of a weekday, but it was a horrible inconvenience to her to process a return for me, and then she did it incorrectly, claimed I was wrong when I questioned it, and when she finally admitted she was wrong and corrected her error, it was with a major attitude. I kept quiet the whole time to avoid irritating her further. Definitely take the time to drive to a classier town if at all possible - any other location would have a better selection anyway!

I have a thing for costume jewelry and they have a lot of it. They have clothes, coats, jackets, shoes, a few books, jewelry, and odds and ends. At $2 I have not found any good designer high end pieces but it is fun just to look and see what you discover. The place is fairly small but crammed full of things and I did find quite a few items that were new with tags. Go give it a look and see what you can find!

She was excited to tell me more when I asked at checked out too. I was the only customer in the store during my visit and I appreciate that she didn't stalk me or bother me while I was shopping. The store was originally located in Beech Grove for 8 years, but the owner is from Morristown and hated driving so far, so she eventually relocated it closer to her. I'm giving 3 stars because it's one of the most disorganized thrift stores I've been in. There is next to no organization. The racks are labeled with sizes, but I always found lots of other sizes mixed in. And clothing is not separated by category. There's 3-4 racks of each size spread all throughout the store and each rack has anything from swimsuits to dresses to jackets on it. When I was greeted, she said "it's a treasure hunt". It was definitely a hunt trying to sort through the mess. The lighting is dim, there were at least two larger rooms not being used for merchandise and a large section in the middle of the main room closed off housing misc appliances. They have one fitting room that is literally a closet with a mirror. I think they would do a lot better if they organized the items better. Most people don't like digging through stuff...even for $2 items. She also said they take donations, but they've only had 5 since being at this location. Check out their FB page for new items and promotions. I received a free jewelry item for checking in on FB and was entered for a raffle drawing too.
