I have been a Wal-Mart Plus customer for over 5 years now. Since I moved to Bossier in March the service has sharply declined. Repeated issues have been the order delayed for up to 24 hours at a time, missing items, and delivery to the wrong address. This happens almost weekly. In the past I'm given a refund immediately which helps. I still have to wait an additional 5-6 hours to get my order as I have to reschedule for a later time slot, but I've endured it. Today they delivered my order to the wrong address. I've called in twice about it and still haven't received my refund. In this particular case it was the last of my $$ so I am unable to reorder until I receive the refund, which according to the agent could take up to 10 business days. In what universe is this acceptable, WM? You've caused me enough inconvenience by my order being delivered to the wrong address. Now I need to wait 10 days to get the money back to replace it because you "changed your policy"? Was the goal of this "change" to worsen customer service? Congratulations. You've succeeded. read more

What a store have some crazy lady guarding the restroom because she mopped the floor for a change at any Walmart. She refused to let us use it said a little kid slipped on wet floor last week I'm hardly a little kid @ 6 foot and 220. My opinion she didn't want to go back to work. Do not order anything on line to be picked up here. I drove around to the side of the building and was directed to go inside to collect two clothes racks and hangers at "the tower". The tower was a malfunctioning big orange metal monstrosity that refused to produce our products even at the prompting of an employee. It really needs to be dismantled and sold for scrap metal. Allegedly its there for convience--walmart trying to cut corners and postions out, but it needs to be monitored 24/7 by somebody if only to give it a swift kick to produce the merchandise. I wasted an hour of my life trying to track down one worker who had actually been trained on how to disengage the tower. It is walmarts biggest failure and that is saying alot. The food here is always Top Notch and the fruits and vegetables are always delicious. No matter what I need I know that I can come here and find it. From food to baby clothes to strollers this is definitely the place to come for all your shopping needs. And the best part is that it's open 24 hours a day and that you're guaranteed to get the very very lowest price every single time. For years Walmart was my "go to" store for everything! Clothes, shoes, household goods and even automobile repais! However,the past few years I've dreaded to visit all Walmart locations because of the long lines and poor customer service. A few years ago they open self checkouts for customers which I love! But, this still didn't win me over.. but now!! I think might be going back! I tried online groceries shopping.. OMG this was a dream come true!! I laid in my bed and shopped for my groceries.. damn I know it seems lazy, but oh well! LOL Shopping online was amazing no implusive purchases. I was able to stick to the list and only buy what my family needed. I scheduled my pickup location, date and time. Walmart emailed me the day of pick up to remind me to pick up my groceries.The list was fulfilled and I confirm via email I was enroute to the store to pick up my groceries and I shared my location through GPS with the store attend. Once I arrive the store the customer service representative brought the items out within five minutes of my arrival! This process was easy breezy! read more

This is my Wal-Mart of convenience. I like it. It doesn't seem to be as hectic as some of the other local Wal-Marts, and thank goodness for that, because some of those other Wal-Marts are like a triage or something, just insane! Make fun of Wal-Mart all you want, but it is a necessity. If you're too hip or too cool to save some money then I have no sense to that kind of cool or hipness. This Wal-Mart does seem to not have many of the other things that the other stores have. The food and drug areas are all pretty much the same, the clothing and toy areas leave you with something lacking. Oh! And there was a shooting incident in the parking lot of this store...ON EASTER SUNDAY, NO LESS!!! No one was hit or hurt in the incident, but forget what I said about triage. I have to ding this store one star for their lack of some products and the occasional shooting, but I still shop here, though...it's a necessity, people! read more

Worst Walmart iv ever been to, probably because of the customer service. All the employees just stand around and talk to their friends or other employees. Very loud and obnoxiously I might add. And that's even if you're able to find one. And when you finally do find one ,their lack of knowledge of the store is quite impressive. The most common answer I've received when asking a question on the location of a product is " um probably somewhere over there". if your job sucks and you suck at your job than you're worthless to society. The produce is not of good quality. I discovered Brookshires in Bossier city and started buying all of my meats and produce from there. If you go there at night time, there are long lines of people and very few registers open. Self check does not always work. Product's packaging is damaged all the time. For example, the plastic wrap covering the paper plates had already holes in it. Paper towels and paper glasses also had the same issue. read more

I want to commend an employee named Caroline who was working in the liquor store today (5/19/2018). Caroline went out of her way to be courteous and helpful. I asked if there were any shopping carts in the store and another employee just said "no." So I went to the back section to get my product and Caroline came to me with a shopping cart that she had gone outside to get. Absolutely the worst!!!! Walked in dropped off prescription at 5:20p. I check back at 6:40p and it wasn't ready. Really??? I'm not using this pharmacy it's too inconvenient.
