When talking to the manager I was told that they always have problems with me and included their oversight as my fault. After being told that the manager doesn't have "the time to talk to me on a Monday morning" I was refused medication refill regardless of my physician's directions to the pharmacist. If you want to have a battle every time your medication needs filled then by all means choose Schott's pharmacy. Being told as a patient that a manager or pharmacist doesn't have the time or patience to have a conversation regarding your prescription and healthcare needs is how Schott's pharmacy staff has chosen to operate their business. I hope that people who require medications will not be treated as I have been today.

I don't know about prescriptions anymore as I haven't had anything filled at a CVS in years. I've had really great service at the front registers the last few times I've been in this store. Such chatty and helpful cashiers. I don't normally like to use the self-service checkouts because I like to keep actual human beings employed. The ladies at the registers - particularly in the last two weeks - have been very delightful. They also have really decent local souvenirs here in addition to pro sports merchandise.

I went to Larry Merlo which is the CEO and President of CVS and complained directly to him. I bet she didnt bank on me knowing him or his contact. This is crucial medicine i can NOT stop. Now i have to wait for mu perscription until she stops playing games. To be clear. I dont know Stephanie and she still decided to treat me like total trash. The store has large selection medical supplies ( cushions, compression stockings). They also have bandages, vitamins, and other over the counter medicine. This store is average sized; however it has small section for everything. It's organized and clean. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The store also carries its own generic brand and brand name. The store opens 7 days per week. Monday to Friday: 9 am to 8pm Saturday & Sunday: 9 am to 4 pm. I definitely recommend if someone is looking for medical supplies.

"Kaitlyn" was overheard along with the purple hair pharm tech they call "KAT" laughing with their new tech (a blonde) about the medical condition of two elderly veterans. They will claim these are lies by dissatisfied cus and that they love vets and how all CVS customers are important but they only care about volume! Don't ask too many questions as it creates irritability and confusion and conflicts with the pharmacy culture of speed and subpar quality interactions with the patrons who contribute to the biweekly paychecks each of the employees at all CVS locations receives. Walmart and Walgreens are certainly alternatives to the Shooting Park, Peru, IL CVS store. How sad that their employees are also members of the same community. Is this how central Illinois treats families and elderly people?

He had already tried that and it was worse than our couch recliner. She suggested that renting a powerlift chair might be helpful. It was on the pricier side, but the only other idea she had. Well, we thought about over lunch and just decided to just purchase a chair. Terri showed us the options and let us just try out the chairs on our own time. We never felt rushed. It was obviously more than we originally thought of doing, but we are sure we won't regret it in the future. The only thing that didn't make us happy, and why this isn't four stars, was the price tag. We picked the chair we liked best & thought the price was what was on the tag. There were options below the big price, like heat & massage, which were things that could be added to the base. Oh, but the material that the chair used was on that list (which we didn't realize because it was not a common name). It was not in the large number on the price tag and added $900 to the price. We didn't know this until we were checking out. We do not blame Terri for this, but the company that thought this was a good idea. The tag should have had the final price, before taxes & delivery not the base price if you could buy it off of the floor like we did.

They will often meet patients at my clinic or schedule a home consultation the same day or the next day. No job is too small or too big for them. They treat their customers with care and compassion, and try to find solutions that fit the patients needs and their budget. I have found them to be reliable partners in enabling people with disabilities. They offer tune ups for equipment and devices that other companies won't even if they were not installed by A to Z. They will service vertical, outdoor lifts so they work in cold weather, and repaint and repair outdoor ramps at low costs, so they are safer and easier to use, especially in winter.
