they have one or two checkers at most sometimes none at all. the lines for the self checkout are long and as you know there isn't any room to do an entire cart full at those things. a fair bit of their items aren't marked and quite a bit of them won't ring up. I'm no longer shopping there and then be used as free labor to check out items. Customer service is dying everywhere but it is already dead and rotting at Three Rivers Michigan Walmart. They have even quit cleaning bathrooms,they smell and flush valves were broken off,the partitions are falling off the wall,no paper towels at all, it's really pathetic. read more

My wife and I have been to this store several times, and, generally speaking, the Sales Associates (and even the stickers) outperform most at the other locations we've been to. They tend to go above and beyond without question. Today, David at the Electronics Dept took that to the next level. My wife needed pics printed ASAP and not only were the Instant Print kiosks down, but, (as we later found out) the Photo Ctr was closed. When asked for assistance, David gladly assisted us through the 1 Hr Photo kiosks, instantly retrieved the photos instead of having us wait, checked us out, and even helped the people behind us. Wal-Marts, as they go, are generally a huge love of mine. Whereever I go, I try to find one because there is no Wal-Mart in DC. Three Rivers, Michigan is the home of the newest Wal-Mart SuperCenter. It has everything but optical and hair styling. It has garden, grocery, the typical clothes, electronics, and housewares, a Subway, tires, pharmacy. I dipped in here right before my flight from AZO to DTW. I had to seriously restrain myself from buying up everything I wanted. My checked bag was already hovering right around 47# and I didn't want to pay an overweight bag fee on top of the $15. So I just picked up a few little knick knacks from different clearance aisles...things I knew would somehow not be on clearance at the VA or MD Wal-Marts. I stuffed them all into my suitcase and hit the road for AZO. Wal-Mart SuperCenter in Three Rivers, MI. You just gotta love it. read more

After having lived in Three Rivers for over two years and having more than one negative experience there, I find this location messier than most. The men's restrooms always seem to have at least on stall "Out of Order" for months on end. Restrooms overall are messy. When checking on prescriptions recently we were treated rude because we checked before 2pm the day AFTER we were told it would be in. At least when we finally received the scripts, they were the right ones. Also, two of the people who were with me slipped and fell in the parking lot last week because there was no salt spread in parking lot(yes, the "higher end, all-in-one" store down the road was heavily salted). read more

No surprise it's never busy since they can never manage to keep their shelves properly stocked. Every time I do try and go their on the off chance I might a better experience, I find once again the object is not stocked and i have to go to another store. read more

The pharmacy is completely inept. Every time I picked up medication there was some sort of error or issue. Wrong dosage, wrong billing, triple copay charged for one medicine, didn't mix medication, out of the medication (happened twice, didn't bother to call before I came in to pick it up).. you name it. Unfortunately our insurance required we use Walmart pharmacy for chronic medications. I am not sure what hilbilly school they pull pharmacy techs from, but I hope it gets shut down. read more

if you could give no stars, this is what i would give them no stars, i purchased the hatchimal that was exclusive to wal-mart. it does not work. i guess over the years this is what i can expect from products purchased from wal-mart, they are defective and do not work. i will never purchase another item from walmart. they have no quality control, or they dont care if you are a satisfied customer. poor customer service for products. read more
