Keshia from Kalm Kare was organized, prompt, and professional during the appointment. She arrived to our home before our actual appointment time, which was nice so that she could get situated in our dining room. She was kind and soft spoken which alleviated many of my wife's concerns about the appointment (my wife struggles with anxiety around getting her blood drawn). In all, the total time to draw took about fifteen minutes. Keshia took the lab orders and dropped them off at the nearest LabCorp to our home. We definitely recommend her services to anyone who needs them. We will book Keshia again when we need her!

Dr. Jaworski retired when I was in college and I was really sad to see her go. I would walk out of the office in agony, but once it subsided I would feel great for weeks. She was personable and also introduced me to some supplements that fixed a digestive problem that I was having. About five years ago, I was rear ended at a toll booth by a semi that didn't stop quick enough and injured my back, Dusty's eyes lit up when he heard I had an open auto claim . He took one look at me and said "your back is incredibly messed up I am going to need you to come in three times a week." When I was in High School, I mentioned to Jaworski a much more minor bump I took and she immediately x-rayed me at no additional charge, so I am suspicious of the thoroughness of his investigation. He did pull out some gimmicky sensor that he rolled over my back which told me something I didn't already know: I was probably in a lot of pain and discomfort. During those visits, I got the impression that he cared more about getting that insurance money than "healing" me because he'd spend five minutes and make marginal adjustments and I went back to college soon enough. Last summer, I was involved in a serious car accident that I should have not survived. I walked away mostly in-tact but in a whole lot of pain. The next day, I sucked it up and rode my bike a mile and a half to his practice since the car was obliterated. By the time I reached the office in the July sun, I was in excruciating pain. His receptionist informed me that they no longer accepted auto insurance injury claims, but I could pay up front and get reimbursed later. I told her that I didn't have the money to pay up front because she had been dishonest with me on the phone 20 minutes ago. I asked if I could bring the money later when my friend was out of work and could give me a ride. This was an outlandish proposition to her. It apparently made no difference that my mother and I had been going there for 12 years. Dusty was "unavailable" to discuss a possible solution and that's she interrupted , "Well, what do you care about, your money or your health?" I replied that I had neither so it was best for me to leave. I returned home and left him a voicemail explaining the situation and stating that I was very dissatisfied with his practice and if he valued the patronage of myself and my mother* that he should reply. He never returned my call. *She quit going a year earlier because a different receptionist ignored her when she was trying to schedule her next appointment. Why should I wait 10 months before writing this review? I was willing to let all of this go until I caught wind that he was discouraging parents to vaccinate their children. No credible doctor would encourage this dangerous behavior, which is why I refuse to refer to him as "Dr. Morton". At least we will know who to thank when there's a huge measles outbreak at Sunset Lake 10 years down the road.

I told the owner that my surgeon needs to be part of care coordination and that i need to pause the next session to get his feedback. The owner was having none of it and demanded that i continue regardless. He fired me via text that day and texted once again that evening, telling me to never return. Understand there were no harsh words and i found his unwillingness to coordinate care disturbing. Concerns were valid since my surgeon prohibited stretch table therapy around the surgery date and weeks thereafter. I had a 3rd laminectomy, 5wks in a walker, 2wks in a cane, subsequent physical therapy elsewhere. Surgeon says it takes a full year to heal my motor nerve damage. Consider all aspects of physical therapy including a firm's willingness to work with multiple healthcare providers. I cannot recommend this firm if you are working with more than 1.

Everyone was very nice and went above and beyond to give everyone amazing service. The person who checked me out wrapped everything up so it wouldn't break, he checked some batteries in an item for me and even put some in Someone even helped me carry out my things ( rare in a thrift shop) .
