I have had one medication filled at this CVS for over 10 YEARS, literally every 90 days I fill this…read morescript. Over the last 2 years, this store is consistently out of stock when I need to fill the script. Their systems apparently aren't capable to anticipate demand, even for a customer that has filled the same medication for over a decade. I'm planning to switch to Walgreens.

The Pharmacy will not answer their phone, pre authorization papers are "sent to your provider" but…read morenot received by the provider, and they don't update whether a prescription has been approved unless you ask them to check again. I have had to call my sons physician 5 or 6 times just so they are satisfied that the prescription is okay to fill. On the doctor's end it is always approved. Now that they are "short staffed" they will not fill a prescription unless you ask for it and wait. I understand the drive through being down, but everything staying in process is not helping anyone get their meds. Not very impressed right now.

They have expanded to 3 stores conveniently located Southside,, downtown Parkersburg and another one in the PARS building. Close to the traffic circle.. They were the first to deliver prescriptions in town. They are a trend setter so to speak. However, they have started closing earlier than they use to. That was my one of the main reasons why I continued to go to their pharmacy's. After that, I switched to another pharmacy because I am not a morning person and it is not cost effective to pay extra for my medication to be delivered. 30 minutes or less now at another pharmacy and they stay open until 9pm. The store has another single stall unisex restroom at the back of the store and it's so filthy you dont want to even let your clothes touch the toilet let alone your skin. Of course the men's restroom at the front of the store is always open. For a place that sells food items it would not pass an inspection that most other grocery stores are required. Sams Club should be ashamed of tge conditions at this location
