I had purchased a protection plan through Walmart for PS portable I followed all their compliances through their protection. Plan got treated badly by all state protection plan that they have through Walmart they were really disrespected, and basically was told that I was committing fraud even though I had my receipts my a picture of myself with my product. Acted like they could get you right in for a flat tire patch, then proceeded to take over and hour and thirty minutes, just to tell me that they can't fix the tire, then I went to a tire shop right down the road and they fixed it in 15 minutes. My son and some friends were in Walmart today and approached by employees assuming that one of the kids with my son was someone that had been kicked out of Walmart yesterday. The kid doesnt have an ID so he couldn't prove he wasn't the person they thought he was. I guess it was a big scene and yes my son shouldn't have cussed at anyone but I feel like this could have been handled way different. Needless to say my son and his friends were told to leave and threatened with calling police on them. They weren't stealing or anything so why were they approached? I do not appreciate this at all. Came here at 2am to get food since I was in town and we needed snacks to eat on our long road trip back home. It's your typical Walmart, since it's so late there's barely anyone around to help us. Staff is really rude and unhappy when approached. Even the cashier was extremely rude and she wears this badge saying she's been there for over 30 years. Today I had an interesting experience while at this Walmart. I had put shampoo in my cart because it was the first thing I came to in the store. I then went over to the food isles and I put in a pack of water. I looked in the car and did not see the shampoo was where I was getting ready to put in the water so it made the shampoo leak when I sat the water on top of it. Nobody was harmed on account of this, and when the lady in the back by the shoes pointed it out to me that it was leaking, I realized what I had done. I told her I was very sorry and she said oh it's OK it was really and was really nice about it TO MY FACE. I tried to fix the situation as much as I could by straightening up the bottle. I had no resources of my own to clean it up or I would've. I was in the store not at home. After apologizing and fixing what I could I moved on to look at something else that I needed. I could hear that same woman in the back of the store talking loudly about how a woman had come through there and threw water on top of her shampoo I made it leak everywhere. She was a very superior condescending tone when she was talking trash about me. I know she's not in my shoes, she wasn't trying to push an 85-year-old woman in a wheelchair while dragging a cart behind her. When she gets in my shoes she has a right to judge me and talk trash about me. I very much take offense to this. I only stayed in the store because there was a few things that 85-year-old woman needed. I must say there was a nice young lady over in food though that somehow made me not mark this Walmart completely off my list. All I can say is lady in the shoe department there's a reason you work at Walmart. There's a reason you work for minimum wage or barely above.It's your attitude and it needs to change. If you were my employee I would fire you. But you're not. Feel lucky. I will never forget you, you can take that for good or bad. But you have definitely made me look at Jasper Walmart in a different light. I truly hope you're just having an off day. read more

I bought a discounted tv a week ago before I purchased it I asked the electronics specialist if this tv doesn't work out will I be able to return it he said yes as long as I had receipt and it was within 30 days so I went ahead and made the purchase when I brought it to the cashier to pay for it she had issues scanning it to get the discounted price by finally they fixed the issue brought it home and it would not keep connection to my wif I do I went to return it with receipt they took it out of the box and said the serial # did not match so I was passed the manager came up and told me the same thing she did not try to investigate or any thing just said no you're stuck with it I was very mad I knew they were wrong so I called down took it to a Wal-Mart with great managers and cashiers and bingo it took them a couple minutes to find out the issue and I got my refund and yes the serial number matches don't go to this Wal-Mart if you want great customer service go about 20 min further south it is totally worth it love the Vincennes was Mary pharmacy people but the CD desk is just plain terrible didn't even try to resolve the issue that took 5 minutes at another store I'm sure the store grades are totally different Vincennes F Princeton A+ except the pharmacy suck it Vincennes Wal-Mart !!!!!! Called about getting four tires for my car...the tire center closes at 7:00 that is 6:00pm Illinois time. This is crazy! Guess they didn't want my money..okay will go somewhere else. read more
