If you ask me, this store needed it badly. The store is clean, very clean compared to other Food Lions I've been to. The deli/bakery touts a 99 sanitation score and the floors are spotless. Every part of the store has been redone from the ground up, including the exterior storefront. Considering this is the only grocery store in Marshville, and the last one on Hwy 74 until you get to Wadesboro, it's a welcome change for this small town. You'll find all of the usual grocery store amenities here with a great produce selection and dry-goods grocery. A big convenience "Grab n Go" section near the registers has an expanded selection of protein bars, nuts, jerky, and Better-for-you snacks. Another plus to this shopping center is that the parking lot has a 'Cashpoints' ATM that is surcharge-free. It's the only of its kind in Marshville from what I can tell. Great move by Food Lion to make this store 1000% better.

The Store is well stocked, organized and clean. It's incredibly easy to find things. Parking lot is easy to move around and there is just plenty of easy in and out parking. What makes this experience so enjoyable are the employees with great attitudes. Items are priced fairly and the checkout process is extremely easy and stress free. They have a tremendously wide selection of items that you can find under one large roof. I would definitly return to this locations. Why would you count a sold product as in stock tell other customers you have one. If you wont sell it to them.
