This was a quick stop, first to use the restroom and then to get some snacks for the car ride. The men's room was in okay condition, stocked properly and mostly clean. The trash bin needed emptying but was otherwise good. We had no problems on the Supercenter aisle. A case of bottled water, some cheese and sliced meat and some chips. Easy. Self-checkout was slow as three people needed help at the same time. I know Walmart is leaning into this as a cost savings measure but it sure is annoying! Today I was in the store and I was looking for graham cracker crumbs. I asked 4 different employees with only 1 of them offering assistance. The instore shoppers are so rude, they will run you over. One ran right into my cart and just kept going nearly knocking me over. When I went to check out I did choose to do self check out since I only had a few items, the card reader didn't work, the employee who came over to assist me did a terrible job, she was to busy talking to someone about when their last day was 2/13/26 not 2/21/26. She told me I would have to go over and stand in line for a checker to "scan a bar code" and I would be on my way. Well that was a wait, I asked her if I should just go somewhere else, and she said "Maybe you should". I did stand in line when I reached the checker there was no "bar code" given to me, she went to look for her and she told her there was none to give......so yes I had to have my already bagged groceries be taken out and re-scanned. If there were other places available in our town to shop I would never come back to this store. The employees are the rudest I've ever seen. I think that must be a requirement to get hired there. I know nothing will be done on this matter but at least I'm not the only one that ever complains. read more

Your garbage that you sell rarely works. The latest is a $35 hose that does not tangle. The portion that screws onto the bib broke. It is my error, I guess. I should have known not to shop at any Wal Mart. All the products are cheap. Unfortunately, Wal Mart is the only place within 2 hours to shop. You junk is simply getting worse. read more

Wow! I would like to give a SHOUT OUT to theWalMart Super Store in West Plains Missouri! Honestly, I have NEVER seen a Walmart as organized and clean! We have traveled a lot this past year and we stop at Walmart from Wisconsin, Iowa, Colorado, Texas, St Louis, Desoto MO, Desloge MO, Farmington MO, and I haver seen one as clean and and organized as this one. I even went to Target in South County and it looked like someone ransacked it. The ladies department looked like someone turned a dumpster over! People pushing their carts over the cloths. Other Walmart stores I have gone to have looked the same horrible way! I blame it on management! The Manager at the WalMart in West Plains, I want to take my hat off to! You are doing an awesome job! The carts in the parking lot were brought in even though it was raining. You are setting an awesome example for other managers to follow! Thank You. Produce was displayed beautifully! Not a huge fan of Walmart, but today we needed a few things and this was the easiest stop. I was pleasantly surprised at the best service I've ever had at a Walmart. Yep boys working not only told us where we could find something; they actually stopped what they were doing to physically walk my son and I to what we were trying to find. In my experience all our others visits to other Walmart locations we are ignored with not as much as a hello. Good customer service here. Their lines are the same as others and the self check out sucked. Some didn't work right a d others continually glitched. read more

It took a long time before I noticed some employees walking off before I could try to get their attention to ask a question before they were busy with something else. A pair of women that work at the front desk. They are ridiculous. I specifically told them that I needed either the cash or a gift card immediately! They assured me they can do that. After they treated me like I was retarded, they sent the money back to my card. Now I get to sleep in my truck for the next three days waiting for the money to be returned to my card so that I can jump my truck. They sold me a jumper that didn't work, and then when they assured me they could either give me the cash or put it on a gift card, they sent it back to my card and Called me a stupid Jew on the way out. I mentioned that I was just at a bar mitzvah and they made a generalization that I was Jewish by faith. I can't believe this not only did they treat me like crap they called me... You know what it doesn't matter. If you guys wanna come here or you can come here and that's on you. I would recommend going to a different customer service than this one otherwise you will have two evidently super alcoholic customer service agents that are very insulting. More empty shelves, truly rotten/over ripe produce, meat prices up over $1.54, and the standard for this Walmart which is missed priced items; on this battle with missed priced items the Cashier would not have the price checked. I think that this is the worst Walmart that I've ever been to!! When customer service dismisses you with "I don't know " and tells to the person behind you to help them, there a problem. Jade to schooled in the definition of customer service.... Even in normal situations, the associates ( mostly kids ) refuse to be helpful. I hate having to go on this store and would definitely drive the 30+ miles for another one. read more
