BRUTAL. I rarely write negative reviews, but I am hoping to keep others from my nightmare…read more 2 weeks ago I made an appointment to replace a side view mirror. They gave me a date and time of 11 AM. I show up an hour early to drop it off. At first they said I was in to replace a muffler, so I corrected them. THEN they said I had two appointments, one for 11 AM, and they were stopping after an hour (expected two hour job) to do a different customer, and then would resume my repairs at 3 PM. I asked for a manager, and she stated she was the manager, so I asked for her manager, and she paged him and nobody came (after I waited 20 minutes). Obviously they slotted in a friend or family member (who is more important to them than I am) during my repair time and simply wanted to push me out. They said they could reschedule me for 11 days later (meaning another near two weeks without proper mirrors for safe driving). And as I was waiting to talk to the manager, someone came in off the street, with NO appointment and they gave him an appointment for tomorrow morning at 10 AM. This was the last straw....I told them they should give him my appointment for 11 since I wad done with them forever. I will find a mechanic who has a clue about customer service and have them repair the mirror, and all future repairs on my car. Avoid this location Canadian Tire at all costs...they are unreliable.
