I will NEVER come back and advise everyone to stay away. The doctor wasn't even in the freaking room, he was virtual. An assistant is in the room, she moved the machine back and forth while you talk to the "doctor" on the tv screen. The assistant was NOT friendly but later makes sense as to why. DR ORAL BASS III was the most condescending, prick of an optometrist I've ever encountered. On my visit, I also found out just about the entire office is quitting. Why should a patient know this?? -The tech in my exam room-that's why she was not friendly. -The manager -The assistant manager -I told the lady that checked me out, Candace, that I didn't really care for the doctor and she said "well that's two of us." I also found out that the manager of this location was threatened by a patient at another location saying he was gonna "blow his brains out", that he'd better give him some free stuff or he was the first one to go. Also found out that the AB corporate didn't care and did nothing about it but transfer him. I also found out Candace lives in blue springs, just in the other side of 7, and only has to fill her gas tank once a month she told me that the manager is going up to liberty and tried getting her to go with him. I mean, Why should I know all that after an eye exam???? I ended up going back and seeing an in person doctor because the first exam, the prescription was ALL WRONG, I could hardly see with the first pair of trial contacts. The in person doctor, Joshua Boucher was awesome but because of this office I will NEVER RETURN and I will do my best to spread the word! After 2 weeks- I STILL don't have my new trial pair of contacts. I called yesterday to sit on hold for 10 minutes just to be hung up on then called again and sat on hold for 9 while she was supposedly checking to see if they were in, all to get ahold of another lady that actually helped. This experience has been beyond FRUSTRATING and I do feel as tho this company owes me some form of COMPENSATION.

She was absolutely awesome, and very knowledgeable in adjusting my glasses. She was also very informative when I asked her about the vision services they offer. I was so impressed with their selection of glasses, and how well Kim took care of me. I came back in the fall and ordered my glasses from them. I will definitely be using them for all my eye care needs. I would highly recommend this business.
