Came during the week on a Tues and it was not too crowded, which was a welcome treat as I do not like shopping malls at all (nor shopping in general). I really enjoyed this mall, though, as it has a bit of everything including some non USA stores. Mall doesn't look like much from the outside and you cannot tell (at least from our entrance) that it looks like a mall until you get outside. Very clean, upscale, and has something for everyone.

Visited Tres Palmas to buy a body board. They had many in stock of varying degrees of quality. A worker helped me select a board that was reasonably priced, but of good quality. As he was ringing me up, he threw in a $10 jar of Sex Wax that really isn't needed for body boards. It might be useable on higher end boards, but not styrofoam boards such as the one I purchased. I should've handed the jar back to him, but I was intrigued by it. After I got back to my apartment, I watched a YouTube video on waxing a body board and it's super not necessary. They also have an excellent selection of new and retro skateboards. So cool! The other day I was in the neighborhood, so I stopped in his office for his opinion on mask wearing after Covid vaccination. He had an answer for me. He is that gracious. Of course he has decades of practicing ophthalmology. As an RN, I want the most educated person to care for me. Doctors who do not research the newest technology and practices are not , in my opinion, safe for patients . Research and board certification is a matter of patient safety.
