There are some gems here hidden in along the generic garbage and mlm vendors. My favorites are the wildberry incense and fake flower arrangment booth, the purse lady, the person with all the freeze dried candy and the tupperware, the homemade wax melt lady, and the person who makes pillows. The food is also pretty good and some of it is made fresh. Honestly - the dusty flea market is a vibe for me - reminds me of my childhood and is worth the initial 3 bucks to get in.

So imagine my disappointment when last October I went hunting for an apple orchard in the greater Cincinnati area only to discover every single one had sold out of u-pick apples by the end of the first weekend of the month. Um, what?! So this year I was determined to get my apple picking in, even if that meant going in the second week of September. Which I did, right here at Monnin Fruit Farm. This place is out in the country as it should be and has a great variety of apples to choose from. When we went, the honey crisp were already nearly gone, but they'd just opened up the winesap rows. We got some of everything, from Fuji to golden delicious to macintosh. You buy by the half bushel or the bushel; prices aren't posted but this year the half bushel is $20. Cash or check only! Be sure to check out the store as well. On our way out we grabbed a dozen free range eggs, some apple butter and a bag of toffee. They've also got local milk, meat products and other produce. Monnin gets high marks for 1) actually having apples, 2) posting u-pick information on Facebook, 3) their awesome store and 4) knowledgeable staff. Minus one star for a confusing map/flag system for identifying apple varieties, and only two sizes for buying apples. Didn't really need a whole half bushel but you can bet I filled that bag! Would be nice to pay by weight or have a smaller size. Overall, this place scratched my apple-picking itch. Great way to kick off fall. Now, who's ready for apple pie?

Everyone was wearing a mask both weekends we went and each time there was a clean up crew driving around getting any debris outside and cleaning up inside. We usually don't do too many outside vendors because it is usually older things that aren't of much interest but a woman outside sells tons of board games for $3 that our kids like to rummage through. We don't eat at flea markets, just personal preferrence, so I cannot vouch for the food area. There is an Amish vendor inside that has great no-bake cookies and the Sweets Shop inside also has amazing fudge and potato candy (we call it peanut butter candy or pinwheels) that I highly recommend! There is also an older woman that sells kids grab bags for $1, they are well worth the dollar and are packed with cute kids items like Barbies, Hot Wheels, pencils, figurines and etc. It's about a 45 minute drive for us to get to this flea market, we pass two others on the way here but we prefer this one as it is usually less busy, cleaner, and the people are generally nicer.

I have visited the Walmart Eye Center in Troy, Ohio, twice now, and unfortunately, both times I was told they couldn't help us. Each time, we were advised to call back before we came in, but there won't be a next time for us. Despite having three different eye insurances, we were left with no solution or assistance. It's incredibly frustrating to receive such poor service, and we will be taking our business elsewhere. I do not recommend this location based on our experience. read more

I advised her I received no messages or calls telling me my glasses were ready and she said well I can send it now an I replied there is no reason to send it now if you gave me confirmation that they are ready now an she just hung up in my face . I will never use this lens craters location again. I spent too much money to be treated so disrespectfully.
