She is so thorough and pleasant, and you can ask her questions, and she is very kind in answering them. She provides you with important information and alleviates any anxiety, making every penny spent on her services worth it. Loretta is excellent. When choosing frames, she is candid and kind about sharing her opinions on which frames suit your face and what looks good. Her trustworthy advice makes the frame selection process a breeze. It's nice to have an opinion from someone who considers how the frames look on your face because when you look at yourself, your focus is often on the frames. She can never be allowed to retire because, over the years, I've respected and counted on her honest opinion. Both Loretta and Dr. Bohnert are an asset to Meijer Optical.

I'm guessing at the spelling but she was polite and attentive. When she left me in the exam room I was told the Doctor would be in shortly for his part. I'm not kidding I waited for twenty five minutes. I'm not a big fan of sitting in a small, hot, dark room. I opened the door and turned the lights on. Even had time to use the restroom and come back. I asked a staff member that I had been waiting a long time. She snapped at me the doctor was with another patient and I was next. The doctor was nice but no one even let on there was a problem, nor did anyone explain or apologize.

The second set of lenses started showing scratches almost immediately. THE CHEAPEST, worst lenses I have ever seen. Always cleaned properly, no grit on lenses when cleaning them off. STILL scratched like crazy. The frames leave a greenish-blue streak on the side of my head. Like cheap jewelry!! Stay away from these people at all costs.

I told them to cancel because if I had to order, I'd get it from my local store instead. I was assured that it would be cancelled. It later showed up on my credit card so I called the store and was told it had been cancelled. A week later, I called again and was told it takes 7 to 10 business days for the transaction to be cancelled. On the 10th day, I got a notice that the purchase had been cancelled so I sent an email to find out why I was being notified if it was cancelled 2 weeks ago. Finally notified my credit card company it was fraud and got my money back. Ace finally credited me for returning items I never purchased in the first place. The woman I talked to was a little rude. They didn't take any responsibility for their mistake and acted like I was being unreasonable for trusting them to have done what they said they would do. Never again !!!
