I contacted them, they came back, ducted taped the underlay and reinstalled a 'better' carpet which is likely the crap they couldn't sell and added waves, lines, duct tape humps, cuts in the corner that were too long and a fat big dark stripe down the middle of my room. I find the displays have the appropriate amount on them so I don't get overwhelmed. They are relatively strict about the consignments they'll accept, so most of the items are in good if not great condition. I like the sliding price, each items price is reduced after a month or so and then again a few weeks later - all of that info is on one price tag. Mostly friendly, helpful staff. Kudos to them for supporting local women through the Cinderella Program.

We often wake up in the same position we went to sleep in and we can even get up in the middle of the night without waking the other one up! We have never owned a mattress (prior to this one) that has done everything this one does. The support the 'gel-top' provides has meant no more back pain for my wife; and while I can't explain it, my acid-reflux isn't a problem anymore (I used to have to tilt the head of our bed up with bricks to prevent it...prior to this mattress)! We'd searched for a long time and researched all the products on the market before choosing this particular product. We didn't realize that until this product came along, there were no advancements in mattress technology in decades! In our experience, the pillow-tops, though great for the first few months, did not provide the same support long-term. We found the 'memory-foam' mattresses much too warm and difficult to roll over in. We could also never justify spending the money on the 'sleep number' beds as we've always felt they are just an over-priced air mattress. Pricing is similar to a top-of-the-line pillow-top and our mattress shows no signs of wear or performance degradation. We used to have to replace our mattress every 3-4 years (which can add up). Steve and Chantelle are incredibly knowledgeable and informative. They have been absolutely amazing people and stand behind their product 100%. I can't wait until we have the money to pick up one of their Dimension One Spas! Do yourself a favour and drop in to find out more about this amazing product..you'll be happy you did.
