They have mostly self check outs but several staff are working at them directing you to a register and then pouncing on you when you have finished paying asking you give them five stars on the lego minecraft total $19.86 The item I went in to purchase was $10 more then the online price witch was $29. Bought a truck battery under 2 years ago that is faulty. Warranty is advertised. I haul it down there with receipt and CS told me to contact the manufacturer direct. Took the battery home. There's no direct line to Maxx Everstart. Call Walmart numerous times to get the number but they won't answer. Go back there to ask for a number. The CS rep finds "pissedconsumer.com" and shows me the phone number while rudely clearing her throat and rolling her eyes. Get home, and it's a wrong number. Call national CS. Can't help me in any which way. Ive spent 10s of thousands of dollars at this location and have never as much as returned a thing. One attempted warranty claim and I'm going to be putting that money elsewhere going forward. read more

Terrible customer service, 10 minutes to pick up groceries, 20 minutes for them to find perscription, and 20-25 minutes to pay.

I used to be able to easily find all the new trousers I needed for my work week here, I work in some rough conditions, so trousers are practically disposable for me they get so oily, but I digress. Now, it's so full of weird food and like whatever that crappy brand of Canadian funyons are, that I end up walking out with 6 family packs of zesy mordant doritos instead of the TROUSERS I really needed. Have you ever tried fashioning a trouser from discarded chip bags? They get real slippery when my work spills oil on them, it's a real trouble. read more

I have completely stopped shopping here. Their loss preventions officer has continually harassed me. Nearly every time I go in the store, with a cart/basket full of merchandise he hides around corners and kiosks watching my every move. I have asked him in the past to leave me alone and that he is making me uncomfortable yet he continues. I end up leaving the merchandise and going somewhere else. I have never stolen anything as I easily provide for myself. I have never caused any problems in the store and always dress and conduct myself in a professional manner. I have said before I wouldn't come back because of this guy, but unfortunately have in the odd case where I have run out of something important. This time I am done for sure. I have complained to store manager who offered no resolve to the situation. In all honesty I make at least double that of a Walmart loss prevention officer and seriously don't appreciate his misconduct. I recommend everyone to stay away from this place. There are other stores with just as good prices that offer better service and don't make assumptions of their customers. I don't need to be made to feel like a criminal and neither does anyone else shopping here. I couldn't possibly add up the amount of money I have spent here over the years and this is how I am treated. This store should fire this loser and hire someone professional!
