Their sales presentation was no-pressure, informative and polished. Andy surveyed the house and insulation to gauge needed BTUs and made a recommendation. They made a second visit to look at placement and gauge the materials needed. On installation day, they were at home at the appointed time, working all day to install the units, pressurize and test them. A couple of days later, their contract electrician came over to do the electrical installation, this one as seamless and professional as the others. And having these units came at a great time as the rest of the week and into the next we had hot, humid, and unhealthy air. We were absolutely comfortable at home and slept like babies.
