My husband (a black man) asked what she meant and she laughed it off and said "oh you know, you guys are always running late. My friends also call it Mexican time sometimes". My husband was shocked she would say such a thing, and found it completely unnecessary and frankly racist. I'm hoping management sees this and handles the situation.

I SPENT 2+ EXTRA HOURS DRIVING YESTERDAY BECAUSE OF UHAUL. NO $50 guaranteed rental, no apology, not even empathetic at all! I asked to be contacted by a manager and am now being ghosted. So, a month ago we coordinated that we would come and move our stuff out to a new home. Well, as we moved it out and sent it to our new house, the manager threatens my family and accused us that we left garbage outside a unit that wasn't even by our unit. So, to say the least we don't appreciate the male manager calling my spouse and threatening them. The unit is cheap, but sometimes it's the cheap storage unit that cost you the most in the end. I don't appreciate a storage unit manager threatening my spouse. Don't waste your time here and go somewhere that has a/c units only and not dirt floor units with evidence of rats.

Well, true, the prices are some of the best in town, but quality of facilities and trustfulness of the management is compromised. I called last month and gave them my new debit information and told them they were allowed to take my payment monthly. My monthly charge is $80. To my surprise they hit my bank acct yesterday with $486.00!! The rude bitch that answered the phone would not let me speak just kept interrupting telling me I was late. I continually told her that I was aware of it but had, in my previous conversation with them, told them I would pay extra each month to get caught up. She rudely provided me with the managers phone number and hung up on me. I called the manager Lynn repeatedly and I never got an answer, only voice mail. I was very upset because they took my rent money and didnt seem to care. My fiancee then called the facility to speak to the rude woman. She was also rude with him, told him to quit blowing up their phone and hung up on him. This morning I receive a text message that they are reversing the charge but putting a lien on my unit. Keep in mind they have never ONCE told my how much I owe nor have I gotten a statement of my acct!! My sister made my payment for me in November, at that time they told her I was one month behind, when I made my December payment no mention was made of any delinquency now they say i owe $486.00??!!
