The roof leaks badly and has caused a lot of water damage inside the property. The owner does not want to talk about a solution so we will have to wait until a judge sees the independently gathered evidence. If anyone else is in a similar situation do please contact. All others I would advise to steer clear of this cowboy establishment.

Something that should happen after about 20 years or more just began leaking because the fittings that Five Star uses and the non licensed "plumbers" that good old Chester uses doesn't know what he is doing. I complained about my sinking leaking when I first moved in and the 90 year old construction "plumber" person that Chester uses "fixed" the problem. I have had to tighten the pipes underneath over the past 2 years and last night it was just leaking. A friend came to repair it for me and the other sink is just as bad. Plus they didn't even use the correct plastic pipe connectors... please don't use this company. I just wish Jacobsen would get another dealer for us to use. I want to get another modular for another location but would love it to be a Jacobsen but NEVER WOULD I USE CHESTER AND HIS ARROGANT MANNER. I'm attaching more updated pictures of the corroded materials that they use.

First, let me say that the tile and cabinet work was very well done…read more Having said that, our master bathroom remodel took more than seven months. While BPL claims to be a general contractor, this did not seem to be the case for our project. Baring delays due to Covid, the project was to be done in three months while we were out of town. When we returned after three months they were still installing tile and we could not use the shower. We ended up dealing with the construction contractor directly, instead of dealing with BPL, and, when the glass contractor came in to measure for the shower enclosure, we were informed that the enclosure was constructed in such a way that the glass could not be installed. When we returned there was dust everywhere and our A/C filters were loaded with dust - apparently their plan to use plastic to minimize dust getting into the rest of the house was not executed properly. The A/C blower motor had burned out and had to be replaced. The A/C technician said that insufficient return air flow was responsible for the damage to the motor. The construction company took a couple of weeks to make the required modifications as suggested by the glass company and, due to the delays, we had to settle for a new threshold that did not match the quartz in the rest of the bathroom. Two months later we still do not have a completed shower in the master bathroom. We have had no communication with BPL for the past several weeks and only very sporadic communication with the construction contractor. We have been dealing with the glass contractor directly. BPL has apparently decided to abandon the project. As an example of this, we have been asking, repeatedly, for vendor information for a door they installed so we could purchase a component that was not part of the contract. There has been no response. We have not been made aware of any delays caused by Covid. It is our opinion that our project was delayed so that they could work on other projects and that our target date for completion, which we, unfortunately, did not insist on being in the contract, was ignored. We chose BPL because, even though they were the most expensive bid, they had design ideas that we really liked. However, once we left town they put our project on the back burner and then restarted work only when we told them we would be back on a specific date. Our target completion date was completely ignored. We are NOT happy with BPL or their construction contractor. We paid every invoice immediately and WE made NO changes during the project - all of the delays were on their end. We do NOT recommend BPL.
