I myself do not overdraw my accounts and have found Umpqua to be BY FAR the best bank in Ashland and an excellent regional bank overall. Never a fee. I have only made money with them since enrolling, and they frequently offer me excellent "above and beyond" customer service. Maybe that's because I maintain my balances. Go figure.

She asked if I was one of their clients and I said no. She than made a sound like someone who was being annoyed. I think what I was asking was to simple for them and I would not be worth taking on. She didn't even ask if we wanted to be a client. Let me tell you we own 4 properties we are retired Dr & nurse our current CPA is getting ready to retire himself. Guess where we are not going to go? Even if they didn't want to do my accounting just being nice would have made me think about using them in the future.
