If you are looking to be placed with an entry level paralegal, this is the law firm for you.  We…read moresigned on and gave a deposit in December and got placed with a paralegal who could not answer questions regarding trusts.  We emailed the Firm Administrator, Michelle Zoecklein and we were ignored for a month.  The attorneys are not involved.  We got nothing from this firm for almost 3 months until we asked for a refund and requested cancellation so we could get our credit card money back for not producing documents.  Only after a demand for refund did they start to reach out and produced generic documents.  We never spoke or dealt with one attorney at this firm. Attorney, Brice Zoecklein, owner of this firm, claims in his response to our reviews he was the managing attorney on our case, however, we had zero contact or communication with him. I would not recommend this firm.
