Andrew Walter is a pleasure to work with. Years after my case was settled, he continues to help me by answering all of my question thoroughly. Made numerous errors during the trial, misspoke several times, passed up openings to catch the plaintiff telling or fabricating untruths all while assuring me that she had a good strategy and game plan. She became very flustered and lost focus even to the point where she could not remember the basic facts of the case. Her ineptitude cost me a much more than just an extended order of restraint based upon a fantasy of fear, it has cost me my good name by labeling me a domestic abuser for the rest of my life by anyone who looks up this case. Oh, at the end when we asked if there was any course of action we could take in repeal, she stated there was not. However, there is an appeal process to this and she was either too inept or too ignorant to know. One positive, when I did complain to the partners at the end of the trial, they did take what I had to say very seriously. So, again, maybe it is just the lawyers with the training wheels one needs to avoid here.
