The Yellow Friendship Maingate jeepneys shuttle you from Korea Town to the jeepney terminal close to SM and Fields Walking Street. Organization is odd because you actually get off across the street from Puregold; but if you want to hop on a Jeep going back to SM, you'll need to go across the street to the corner where Jollibee is located. It's 9 pesos to ride from one end to the other end of the route (as of Aug 2019). I gotta say the jeepney drivers on this route are talented in spotting a passenger walking down one of the side streets. Hubby and I were walking to the corner and there was traffic so we couldn't cross the street right away. I raised my hand to flag down the Jeep that had just passed us. I actually didn't think he saw us through the traffic; but by the time we safely crossed the street the jeepney driver was backing up to let us on. The actual terminal is very simple and doesn't have any food vendors in the immediate area; but right across the street is Puregold, Jollibee, Burger King and Korea Town. There's a satellite police station next to it with traffic cops that come out during rush hours. The streets stay pretty busy so if you're not used to crossing in traffic without a stoplight, then you'll probably want to follow others as they maneuver in between the cars, trikes and jeeps. You can catch the red Sapang Bato jeeps on the corner in front of Burger King. I ride this route often and the terminal serves it's purpose, they could definitely improve things more though.

They're always busy so the jeeps fill up fast and the…read morewait is short (unless it's the afternoon rush hour); thankfully it's covered so you're protected from the sun and the rain. The ground is not cemented over so it's dusty; but at least there's not too much trash, and I've never run across any beggars within the terminal itself. There are snack and food stalls, and across the street is a 24 hour convenience store. You buy a chit (colored paper covered in plastic) at the little stand for 9 pesos (Jun 2019) and hand it to the conductor before you hop on. The yellow Friendship Jeep will take you all the way to Korea Town. The white Hensonville Jeeps are next to it, if you want to go to the large public market (Pampang) or the swap meet/flea market (Apo Market). You can catch a trike but min is 100 pesos. It's near Field's walking street so there's always something to do or see nearby. Pretty typical terminal in my opinion.

Erjohn & Almark Transit Corporation is one of the bigger bus corporation in Metro Manila. A lot of…read morethe buses that go here and there are owned by this particular transportation corporation. I've been on a lot of buses given my status as a commuting student. What I can definitely say is that they run a good operation. I have standards for buses and so far theirs is one of the best buses I've been on for a very long time. The particular bus line that I'm talking about is Erjohn & Almark. I'm no longer a hundred percent sure as to whether or not their buses still go along the Alabang to Manila route, but there used to be a time that they did. I saw one the other night and thought that they still operate. Their buses are great because, one their drivers don't idle too long at bus stops which means you're almost riding a UV Express. Two, their buses are simply great. Usually bus seats are five per row. Their seats are two per row. Their seats are more comfortable for the simple reason that their are only four seats in a row. Part of what makes commuting on a bus a little bit awful is the lack of space. with Erjohn & Almark I knew I could get where I wanted to on time and in comfort.
