Finally, mediation was scheduled via internet. This was actually as soon as it could be done. We met at their Columbia office and while mediation was a long process, the attorneys never gave up and supported me the entire time. I am very satisfied with their work and diligence in this case. Progressive told me a had to pay $1000 deductible so I got a high interest title loan, but then afterwards I learned there was no deductible because I wasn't at fault. (No lawyer to help guide me). I told progressive I hired Anastopoulo, they called, and Anastopoulo told progressive they only spoke to me but they were not representing me, despite the fact I signed a retainer and have email proof. I settled directly with progressive, confused and not sure what was going on. Then after I had to pay back a $2500 loan for the $1000 I burrowed, I'm a disabled vet (hurt in Iraq) living on a fixed income, in order not to lose my truck I had to sacrifice food and necessities in order to make payments to get my truck title back Poulin Willey is calling me about a case update?
