And they have really everything what you would need to restyle your appartment in a '70 style. The staff is really nice and even offer coffee. I especially like their range of eames chairs. We stopped by at around 9am on a Saturday, the market was fairly crowded with stalls selling antiques, cameras, prints, clothes, accessories etc. Even though it's a flea market things are still a little on the pricier side. We came back around 2pm and found that most of the prices in the shops had been dropped by half. The sellers are looking to make a sale before the market closes so I would recommend trying your luck a little before closing time. At the end of it all we found an antique collectible toy car, an old print, a small decorative vase and an antique mug all for 27 CHF.

This place is massive, with three floors of curated objects, clothing, and furnishings, and the staff is always nice. I wish I could bring the big pieces home! I always find something cool here. Three levels packed with furniture, kitchen wares, lighting, music, 'velos', gardening stuff, some…read moreart, and, heck, just plain old fun stuff to look at. We were on the hunt for a wardrobe as flats don't seem to have a lot of closets, if any at all, and found a sizable amount on the ground floor of Brockenhaus. I'd say the prices ranged anywhere from 300 to 1000 CHF, depending on quality and such. While we didn't purchase anything given that we don't yet have a flat, we 'filed' away what we would like when we do have a place to put it in, so, Brockenhaus, we'll see you again!
