When I first met the gentleman who own and run Walter's Pharmacy. They were different than everyone else. THEY CARED!!! It truly broke my heart the day I seen the decline in that caring kindness. Could be the combo of that and making money??? I don't know? I do know that I've watched these kind people go from being very kind people to people that wouldn't trust you if you if you were starving. Why? Cause they've been lied to & I'm guessing they have become.accustomed to the money and may have forgotten those people that always have said positive things about the store. But being honest.. You've changed to be like every other stores. They're cold no compassion and trust nobody and it ruins it for us folks like are loyal customers and are very kind to the staff. I don't think you're like that at heart & I know Oshawa can do that to a person over time. I've watched the amount of rules.change and sign s.grow. It also makes for a cold atmosphere. There has to be a way that's a compromise. I don't have the answers but I thought I'd bring it to your attention as I know you are nice people. Oshawa could harden "The Pope". It's sad but true. And people this isn't a negative post as much as it is just bringing to attention. These folks deal with a lot. More than you can imagine. I hope there's an answer and a halfway with the issue. Best care I've been given in my journey with looking for proper place for my children and for myself my medications are always ready to be picked up and always with a warm kind smile I'm blind and they explain each new medication with patience understanding to my needs and never leave me confused all employees are very smart and take their jobs seriously without that stone wall no compassion feeling I've personally felt from the many other pharmacys ive opened my personal life to with my medical history it take great joy for your job and for people to provide a comfortable setting and have many loyal costumers thank you to the hole crew at Walters god blesses this business and all it's great people it's been just over two years since I met and began my forever journey here I recommend anyone to just walk in and introduce yourself to anyone behind the counter thank u guys the lord sees your hard work and u shall live by his blessings keep up the great work :) read more

This is no longer a new pharmacy as there first opening is coming up to ten years in a couple months! What I must say is no pharmacy/opiate addiction services offered through Vector medical services a seperate entity I believe,but you wouldn't notice as they act as one cohesive unit with no conflict or "political" my rules outweigh your rules Wich I have seen at every pharmacy with the accomodations I need except one and they got my review already. Fastest service ever,no exaggeration this pharmacy is no shoppers drug Mart,lol, they are on warp speed as soon as prescription is in hand no joke unlike first step,Parkwood,etc. The staff are amazing and above and beyond professionals at there job who genuinely seem happy to work there,just a bunch. Also they were in the top 3 pharmacies in Oshawa in like a year or so and so happy to see they are where they belong,#1! read more

Never have I been treated with such kindness, compassion and respect. The Pharmacist delivered my medication, which was in a different city. It was during a busy time in the pharmacy, their driver had a personal emergency! The whole team came together, and that's what they do, they come together.
