My car wash experience since becoming a member of Tidal Wave Auto Spa - Warner Robins has been satisfactory, despite occasional issues. These include incomplete drying cycles or buffers, and frequently clogged or broken vacuums. I have reported these issues to the staff. What car wash option am I using? I use the Graph X4; it keeps my SUV looking shiny for days, until my next car wash and interior cleaning. At this Tidal Wave Auto Spa, automated car washes are offered. You are pulled through to have your front bumper and windshield cleaned, then you proceed to the car wash system where an attendant provides instructions. After the car wash, you can proceed to the vacuum area, which has ample parking with an overhang/shelter. Note that the parking spots are somewhat tight. They offer windshield and interior spray, and rags to clean your vehicle inside and out.

The price of gas here is usually competitive, there are plenty of pumps and they don't charge you for air and water. This is especially great because some gas stations charge you over a dollar for a minute of air. Inside there is a huge variety of products making this service station very convenient as well. As soon as I came in to pick the wheels he was explaining to me why the wheels was messed up before he even brought them out. Wheels come out and there not good at all and instead of resparying them before I even seen the wheels waited to ask me if I wanted them redone. Definitely need some better customer service and a receptionist.

Being a female I don't usually like to go have the car service done alone but these guys made me feel like I was in good hands. They washed my windows and offered to vacuum my car which I declined but I thought that was so nice. I can't say enough about how satisfied I am with the service I received at In and Out Express.
