They showed up on Monday morning at 8:00 ( just as they said) cut back and hauled off all the debris from 37 trees and shrubs. Tuesday morning they arrived with a backhoe and dug them all out, careful not to tear up my yard of course, and had them hauled away by noon. That after they begin filling in the area with dirt ( he gave me the dirt, probably 100.00 worth) and leveling it out. By the end of day 2 all the trees, shrubs, and debris were gone and the bed area from which they came was leveled out. Day 3 he covered the area with straw ensured my satisfaction and it was done. These guys go above and beyond on top of giving me the dirt he also cut my back hedge row ( 100 + ) trimmed 10-12 other shrubs and wouldn't let me give him a dime for that work. When the shipment arrived I began building the fireplace. I soon realized I was missing quite a bit. Fay Block had delivered parts of 2 different kits. I was able to build about halfway and then I had to stop. Fay Block said they would correct the problem and I had to wait 1 week with no correction. Then some idiot from Fay Block suggested I take the fireplace apart and put it back on the pallets and they would deliver the correct kit. Their customer service sucks and the jerk that suggested that should be fired. Anyway, to the good part. Lisa and Tim from Classic were frustrated with this also and promised to make it right, which they did. Tim drove to Fayetteville and got the blocks I was missing and delivered them to my house. Their customer service is awesome! I would definitely buy from them again. If I do, I hope they use a different supplier because I don't want to deal with Fay Block again.
