I drove 30 miles to the shop and, after he examined the blower, he said he couldn't fix the existing cord but would replace it, so I paid a $20 deposit and left the blower with him. When I returned a couple of weeks later, I paid the remaining $22 and collected the blower. The cord where it joined the blower was frayed and when I pointed out the problem, he "fixed" it with electrical tape -- one end, of which was sticking up. When I objected to his fix, the excuse was that the new cord wouldn't fit in the opening, that the blower was "poorly made," and that the fix would last as long as the blower -- insinuating that the blower was on its last legs. They have my $42 but I won't be back.

Not only were we told that there were no loaners available, we were also told that the replacement policy was "not a real thing". I would not recommend Ag Pro in any capacity. I need to purchase a second mower and a gator, but I will be doing this elsewhere. I ended up paying a significant amount of money to have my property mowed during this extended service period of over a week, and I still don't have my equipment back!

They will do anything to NOT HONOR their guarantee! over $20 worth of boxes. If this is how the move is starting with U-Haul, not sure if I want to get the rest of our boxes & truck from them. The employees in the store did not even know the guarantee was written on the box when they have 1000 boxes in the store.

I feared a complicated drainage diagnosis and possibly a very expensive repair. I had already worked myself into believing this might involve cameras, locating equipment, drainage plans, excavation, and who knows what else. Jeremy took one look at the situation and said, essentially, "Nope." The problem was simple, and so was the solution. He explained that the pop-up drain was doing what it was designed to do, but the excess water had found an easier path underground, which also explained a soft depression nearby (this was causing a lot of soil erosion on my neighbor's property). He then spent a great deal of time walking me through the remedy: where to dig, how deep and wide to make the area, how to use gravel and plants, and how to install deeper edging so the water would disperse properly instead of gushing toward my neighbor's property. I asked a lot of questions. Jeremy answered every one patiently, then went over the plan a second and third time because I wanted to make sure I understood. He physically mapped everything out so I could clearly understand what needed to be done. There was no attempt to sell me camera diagnostics, unnecessary cleaning, excavation, or an expensive drainage system. He charged only the $79 trip fee and nothing more. That kind of honesty is increasingly rare. Jeremy could have turned my anxiety into a padded invoice, but instead gave me a practical, inexpensive solution and made certain I understood it before he left. This is exactly the kind of company people hope they are calling. I felt so relieved that I was prompted to reciprocate his honesty by writing this review.
