The gym has several floors and they have made very good use of the space! The machines are a bit outdated and they could probably squeeze in a few more options, but it gets the job done. It is very clean & there is a spacious sauna and even a hot tub! They also offer water out of a Berkey water filter which I totally appreciate! Parking in front of the gym can sometimes be a challenge, but nothing in this town is a far walk :)

I had an issue with my shoulder and had appointment already booked with chiropractor couple of days after my massage with William.
