My friend was all against healthcare, stating that all Dr's just want money. I disagree since I am in healthcare. Had their yearly physical and labs. Labs were abnormal and no follow-up was made. Started to get symptoms, emailed the office for some antibiotics. They recommended an office visit. After that crickets. Suggested to follow up so they did and office said that she would let the Dr know. They called back and said Dr will call via video at 6:30pm. Right be before that time they notified of a time change to 8:15pm. After hours? Made it seem like they were prioritizing this situation. Seems like time management issue to me. During the call I sat in and she talked about her concerns. An ultrasound sound was needed and a follow up call would be made. Ok she seems concern here. Also stated that she will send 2 prescriptions to the pharmacy. Right before the call ended, we brought up the labs from the last visit. She went over them, and sounded concerned. Next day went to the pharmacy, nothing there. So we waited until Monday to follow up. Monday comes and follow up call was made and what happens? Message was relayed. Call back after lunch. Still no response. I'm trying help my friend make healthy choices and don't want the their mindset that all health professionals don't care. I like the Doctor wadisan how ever she is never available for an apt she blocks to may days for laser treatment weight loss Botox etc. she has ignored all the her regular patients Doctor need to decided whether or not she wants to be a regular family physician or just an aesthetician / plastic surgeon who knows I have several other girl friend who had the same issue with her and they all have found an other Doctor, in which I have chosen to do the same best wishes to you and your practice. read more

Very disappointing originally I was happy with the B12 shots. I believe $30-$40. They took cash only and I did that the three or four times I went. They were all very nice. Now nine months later and haven't gone in several months. I'm getting a bill for $75 for an office visit that never took place. I've never had an office visit there and nothing was ever $75. It was cash only, and I paid it each time. Be aware of this. read more

Waited 3 months for an appointment then the day finally gets here waited almost 2 hours and still was not seen by the doctor so I got up and left. They still had the nerve to ask me if I wanted to reschedule while other patients who got there later than me were seen first. Definitely switching doctors. read more

I fired this doctor 2 years back. She could not diagnose a simple problem which my chiropractor diagnosed and fixed. If you want to know what that problem was, please check Meena's review for restoration Chiropractic in Tracy CA. She couldn't diagnose what it was instead would be rude to me and put me on anxiety medication. She is always trying to sell coffee when you go to see her as a patient. I have been seeing Dr. Wandisan and Dr. Rosete for a few years now and have always had great experiences! I am surprised by the negative reviews because I can be really critical but I have always been treated very well by the doctors and the staff. The doctors have never rushed and have always been thorough and listened to all of my concerns. Switching employers and will be getting new insurance and plan to stick with this office! read more

I wish I could give less stars to dr. Wandisan. Lack of professionalisms, manners and knowledge. Type of the doctors who just make money out of patients without care. I took preventive care appointment with this doctor and did not have any complaints. I spent 10 minutes at this "doctor's" appointment, for 7 minutes she was talking about her cruise to Europe and in 3 minutes she found bunch of health problems which should be treated... then billed for diagnostic appointment. Gave "diagnostic blood test" without explanation and in few days promised to change for preventive blood test. Confirmed to me that she changed to preventive lab test. I went to lab 3 times and still the same "diagnostic blood test". Just ridiculous!!!! Shame on her!!!! Beware!!!! read more

This doctor has a bad temper, unprofessional, and spoke to my mom as if she understands the word titration!!! We were seen over 30 min late with no apology. When he came in to the exam room he was chewing on his lunch. It was obvious he was in a hurry and did not have any patience with my questions and concerns.We will take our business elsewhere and hope you do too. He's not the only MD in town . I also wanted to add my mom is in her 80's. He gave us a prescription for a medicine that was I believe non formulary which is also difficult to find anywhere because I checked at Walgreens and cvs. I kept the prescription for months and when I mentioned it to him that I misplaced it he yelled at me as if I was lying. read more

Love these doctors!!! I am a patient with both doctors. Dr. Rosete is great .. he's caring and very outgoing. Will answer any question you have and when I was in the hospital last October he made sure I was being well taken care of. I'm new to Dr. Wandisan, she is running the Center for Medical Weight Loss Program. I've been on the program for almost 12 weeks and she's been a positive force and I love seeing her and feeling good about myself. I would recommend both of these doctors to anyone looking for a good primary care doctor. The office staff is great too ... always friendly, always there to help!!! read more

Dr. Rosete is a nice enough guy, but his office staff is completely incompetent. I have to call in for a refill of some medication monthly, and they often forget to ask the dr to refill it and almost always forget to call me back and say that the RX is ready. Several times they have neglected to call me back to let me know that I can't get my RX until I see the dr., I'm not sure why they can't tell me that the previous month (as my last dr. did). Today will be my last visit to Dr. Rosete, and I will be sure to explain to him just exactly why that will be. This review is on behalf of my parents... And it is not so much for the doctors but their office. The ladies there are incompetent. My dad had requested a refill on his meds through their normal pharmacy which the office failed to send. So he never got his meds on time. In the meantime, my parents asked to have a refill sent to Safeway for an emergency refill because he was going to be out. My dad has been out two days of his meds because they only sent 3 of his 4 refills. This is patients' health on the line - they silhouette get things right and in a timely manner! read more

They are the best physicians I've ever had. personable, caring and very thorough. been seeing Dr. Wandisan for 15 years. She was the one who discovered what was going on and did it within 2 visits. Kaiser ignored me for 5 years and didn't do even 1/4 of the tests that she did. BEWARE!!! Do not use these Doctors if you are looking for good professional medical support. I am writing this review on behalf of my mother who is not very computer savvy. My mother received the following letter, it is word by word. Dear XXXXX This letter is to inform you that you that (yes bad grammar) have to look for another Primary Care Physician the reason being not able to communicate with both physicians. Also to include not following doctor's advise by not taking your medications as directed. You have thirty (30) days from the date of this letter to find yourself another primary care physician. Upon receiving a request from your new physician, we will release a copy of your medical records. Sincerely, Florence Wandisan Rosete MD Some background: My mother has been a patient of Dr. Wandisan for a couple of years and recently she made an appt. to see her. When she arrived for appt. she was surprised to see Mr. Rosete. My mother prefers a female doctor and was not comfortable with Mr. Rosete. My mother asked why wasn't she informed that Dr. Wandisan was not available and she was told it shouldn't matter. My mother also asked the front office why she wasn't informed and was told the same thing. So this facility will not see you as a patient if you will not agree to be seen by both doctors, husband and wife which I feel is ridiculous. What is interesting is that the letter is dated March 15, 2015 a Sunday and my mother saw the Dr. March 11, 2015 and nothing was mentioned about it being a requirement to see both doctors in order to be a patient. Please also be advised that Mr. Rosete has a strong accent and is very hard to understand, he is also extremely unprofessional and rude. If you read previous reviews they say the same thing. Love these Dr.'s. Dr. Wandisan is my primary physican and I have been seen by Dr. Rosette as well. Both Dr.s on all my appts stop and listen to what I have to say, to determine the best course of treatment. Yeah I'll admit sometimes the wait is a little long. But really people, when was the last time you went to any appt, whether it was for the doctor or to have your oil changed and didn't have to wait. I Highly recommend this group. read more

Dr. Rosete is the most compassionate person in the world as far as I am concern. He is the best, great Doctor and I highly recommend him. The nurses are super nice. I used to be a patient and I had to move, but I figured I would give credit where it is due! Dr Wandisan and Dr Rosete has been treating my family for years. They were so kind and compassionate, and seemed to really care about my issues when I came in to see them. I know their wait times are long, but they truly do spend as much time with each patient as needed, rather than keeping it to a 15 min apt like most doctors do.The only downfall was that if I got a sinus infection or something, they would be booked up, causing me to go to Urgent Care for those kinds of issues, but it really wasn't too big of a deal for me. I think many people just don't understand how it works, and that these doctors really want to dedicate their time to you! I highly recommend them and they are worth the wait. read more

The male doctor at this office named: Rollie is a complete a**hole. He is rude and talks down to you. I went to him for diabetes treatment and weight loss and he sent me home with a pamphlet and a drug screen form and that's it. No medication and no information. I used to LOVE Dr. Wandisan! I would highly recommend her to others when they were looking for a doctor. She would take her time with you and has a great personality! With that said, I am no longer a patient of hers. Her wait times when you have an appointment are REALLY long. I didn't use to mind that, but I have 2 small children now and don't have time to waste. I have not been able to see Dr. Wandisan for THREE years now! Any time I would need to be seen, I wouldn't be able to get an appointment for almost 2 weeks. When you're sick, you can't wait 2 weeks to be seen! I was sick 9 times during my last pregnancy and not 1 time could I get in to see my own doctor! I'm not sure what the point of having a doctor is if you can never see them. The last straw came last week when, yet again, it was going to be 2 weeks before I could be seen. I called a new doctor that was recommended to me and got in that same day - much better service and I LOVE my new doctor! read more

I just went to the office and completely disgusted by this doctor. Was getting treated with an infection and had to go to ER. ER doctor prescribed another antibiotic and when I went back to his office the next day with a new prescription, Dr. Rollie Rosete went ballistic on me as if it was my fault that the medication was changed. I don't even know where to begin with how very upset I am with Dr. Rosete and his staff. Both my husband I and I have been patients of both Wandisan and Rosete for over 14 years. I absolutely "LOVED' them and I put this in PAST TENSE because of the way we were treated by his staff this past week. . I can write a book about our latest bad experiences here. I am rating two stars only because I do like Dr. Wandisan but really am not happy with Dr. Rosete and his lack of respect and professionalism. His front staff absolutley suck and trust me I have worked in the dental field for over 23 years and your front office staff can surely make or break a practice.. They are the face of the practice especially when calling in to make an appointment. The receptionist and the office manager both need some training in how to deal with the public especially when in the health industry.
