Sad to say but I don't think I'll be back after this being my go to spot over the past 5 years. Had a negative experience this morning with one of their workers. Made appointments for two pedicures. One gel. One basic. I've always only gotten a basic pedicure before with no issues. Picked my color. The worker failed to turn on my massage chair, had to do it myself once the other worker told me how to. Not a big deal. During the pedicure she continues to try to upsell even after I tell her I just want the basic pedicure. I understand the need to upsell but she was getting visibly upset that I did not want anything extra. Making the experience uncomfortable. It made me tense up so during the massage I wasn't relaxed which is when she made a comment like if you don't want me to massage let me know. I tried to laugh it off. But it was the last part that really sealed the deal. She walks me over to the dryer and throws my slides on the ground so that both of them are facing bottoms up. Not sure who she is. But I won't be returning. I work hard all week and was looking forward to finally getting some self care. That experience was ruined for me. read more

If you get anything done here it'll just last you few days and it'll move by it's self. mines didn't even last a week. I got my nails done on Thursday by sat my right hand ring finger nail popped off I called them to get it fixed they said " come no problem" when I went there almost three ladies fixed MY ONE NAIL. My toes look great and the massage was nice but when I entered I asked for a basic pedicure with gel polish. First pic was what I asked for or something similar. I walked out the first time with the gem as big as my nail. I went back in and asked for her to fix the glue. When she was done with the full set, I was so happy because they turned out exactly how I wanted them. This has become my favorite nail place in Tracy! it's a HUGE salon with over 20 stations for both nails and pedicures. They are always accommodating and have a lot of staff working to take walk in's as well. They have a great system down for working thru Covid and take temperatures upon arrival, have all seats spaced out and all workers and patrons wearing masks. I really appreciate the seriousness they are taking with precautions and cleanliness and makes me feel safer doing business here. They are also accomidating with any service you may want (or end up adding on while there like I typically do!). They do a great job with everything as well. I got switched 3 times from who was doing my pedicure because first my toes started burning from something that was applied to "Soak" gel off my toes then huge language barrier which I'm used to but today was crazy nothing I was saying not one word was understood. If I could give them zero stars I would. Their customer service is 0, they talk crap about you amongst each other and laugh when you make the smallest request! My mom, sister and I went in to get our pedicures. The day after I realized my big toe is hot, super red and in a lot of pain as if something is stabbing it. Soon after I realized it's infected - after carefully looking at it I saw a lot of puss collected on the side. I came in once and had to wait almost 1.5 hours to have the manager check it out and let me know what the nail tech did wrong but they gave me so much attitude and the nail tech threw a whole temper tantrum as if she's a toddler saying I didn't cut your in grown when that was not even the issue. Clearly, whatever tools were used were not clean and as a result infected my toe. Their manager outright denied that my toe is infected to begin with. For some reason they expected me to allow my toe to get further infected and not touch it or clean it otherwise they don't have proof so therefore it means it wasn't their fault. These types of shady businesses love taking your money but don't even apologize for inconveniencing you time and time again. If you have any standards stay away from this shitty nail salon. read more

I went in last week for a basic gel pedicure and eyebrow wax around 6pm closing time was 7:30 maybe they were in rush but I had so many hairs left around my eyebrow that should of been cared for with the wax services. I came here for a standard gel mani/pedi in white and I called an hour ahead of time to set an appointment for 1:30 PM. The gentleman over the phone put my appointment down with no problems. When I came in at 1:30, there were no techs available and I waited for 20 minutes to be seen. At 1:50 we started my pedicure and things went fine. I'm not much of a talker but my tech Helen did a good job on my toes. On my manicure though, she rushed. I got a lot of bubbles in the final result which I'm pretty disappointed with since those bubbles fill with dirt and are noticeable against the white color. At the end she charged me $70 and I gave no tip since it seemed clear to me she didn't care about the quality of my nails. All I got done was white gel nails for mani/pedi. $70?! If I could leave 0 stars I would, I took my mom to remove her Gel pedicure and get a pedicure but with no nail polish to let her nails breathe. I asked for exactly that and all 6 people who were standing there didn't want to do it. They finally forced one lady to do it. Then the lady removed the gel and sent us on our way. Jessica has been doing my nails for years and is so amazing, both as a person and she does a great job. Her pedicures lasts a long time between my visits and the massage she gives are so relaxing!
