Both of them thoroughly answer all of my questions even if it takes quite some time with them in the office. I also love the fact that they are very cautious and particular with spacing the patients out for adequate time for the safety of us and them selves during covid times. I had reached their answering service and had told the woman on the phone that I really needed to speak with him and if he could call me as soon as he was available. I've been to doctor's offices in which I've felt very rushed, and seem to only get 5 minutes before the doctor is out the door, and so have been so happy with One Medical Group. In addition, the space itself feels as though you've entered a spa, with natural light pouring in, a flask of water in the waiting room and friendly, helpful people at the front desk who are always on top of the insurance companies, advocating to make sure they will cover a procedure.
