He charged a flat fee for the service and was able to replace the rod and flush the tank out. Prior to the service, our hot water smelled like sulfur -- but sulfur tests were negative, and the cold water did not have any odor. We're on a well here... the best guess was that the anode rod was causing the sulfur / rotten egg smell in the hot water tank. After installing a Corro-Protech powered anode rod, the issue is gone. No more stinky hot water.

A few weeks ago my upstairs A/C was being examined at the start of its semi-annual checkup. The associate notified me that the air handler in the attic was dropping its insulation from within, and this would create a problem with continuing the standard semi-annual checkup. This necessitated scheduling an associate on a different day to basically rebuild the air handler. Understandably this was a long project through the day but was completed to our satisfaction. QUALITY: The different associates whom we have seen over a long period of time have been exceptionally professional and courteous. VALUE: Everyone decides what they describe as value. For us it's the confidence that our A/C units will work through the summer and winter year after year. Having a service agreement gives us that peace of mind. SUMMARY: These people have demonstrated exceptional courtesy (every phone call is a new pleasant greeting, every time). One has to have trust in the service people with whom they do business. For me, these people are very highly recommended.

Hurried so much tech came back next morning unannounced to get tools he left in attic at 7 in the morning. Did a good job selling me and feel like they were annoyed they had to be here. For the money I paid doesn't seem like they would care about fixing it and just be annoyed they had to come back.

Monday I received a callback and got an appointment for the next day Tuesday, Phillip was our technician and had the water softener issue resolved in minute. ( Transformer power supply was bad ). That portion was covered under warranty I had mentioned that water pressure had been steadily been decreasing and Phillip checked a couple of things and we found out that the Well pump pressure was not sufficient enough for proper back flushing of the water softener system. He had the parts to Install a new pump on his work van and proceeded to install a new well pump. Had a couple of leaks from the brand new Well pump specifically 2 orings were never installed at the factory. Phillip was told by his supervisor to use Teflon tape to fix the leak. When Phillip was done with the job he informed me to call the the office and request that a new pump be installed due to the Orings missing directly from the factory. That evening I called Water Care America and spoke with Bryan and he sent Phillip back out the next day to install the missing orings. Could not be happier with the Service Technician and Water Care America's service and professionalism provided to me.
