Oh my gosh where do I begin? This is by far the worst property management company I've ever come…read moreacross. If I can give this a zero I would. Prepare to beg to live in a semi-descent apartment where the plumbing actually works. These people act like you don't pay rent and that they're actually doing you a very free very kind favor. Last year I reported a leaky bathroom sink. It was not attended to by an actual plumber so it never actually stopped leaking after the guy swore it would. After being exhausted by the push around and blatant ignoring of grievances I decided to put a bowl under my sink and suck it up. This was about last summer now it's winter of a new year and the sink has gotten worse. I called again today only to be told by Management that she's at the doctors and will call me back. She hasn't called me back. She told me since I don't know the name of the guy (a stranger), that she'd have to ask around about who did it. Imagine owning an entire company and not having a log of who you sent where?!!!!! Alarming!!! Imagine making that your tenant's responsibility???!!! Disgusting!!!! I've asked for exterminator; to no avail. A lease renewal; to no avail. A plumber; to no avail. Some basic descent respect for someone that pays rent every month. TO NO AVAIL! My god! When you deal with this company expect people to barge into your apartment at any old time with absolutely NO respect for you as a tenant. I've had my door unlocked and I had to run up to my door to stop a group of men from entering without my permission. When my husband called management She condescendingly "apologized" for me feeling alarmed as if my feelings were my own fault and the company did nothing wrong. We had to request a letter of warning whenever someone was coming to check the apartment out. Absolutely disgusting. Trying to get them to fix things had gotten so bad my husband went to the office to make a report in person. She then said "sorry you felt like you had to come in," taking absolutely no responsibility for never responding to grievances over the phone. In the end their argument was they have other buildings to manage. What a disgusting unprofessional thing to say to a tenant. I have other bills I still pay my rent?!!! Tf?!!!! I am so close to reporting this company to HUD and BBB.
